The room was so clean and very comfortable. The right amount of cushion, lighting, the view of the mountains. The space was amazing. I enjoyed the indoor pool, and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was worth it every morning. The peace and quiet near the hotel was amazing due to it being away from busy streets. The heating in the room was perfect. Will stay again if I ever drive by again.

When I went in to check in. I communicated with the staff member about my ID card being lost 3 days prior. Instead of trying to help, I was told no instantly and the 2 options I only had. I tried telling him to transfer my information to my Husband. Did not comply. I then noticed I was charged 50 percent of my stay price Prior to checking in. He tried blaming Booking.com, I then called customer service on booking.com and Was told the actual truth. He knew he messed up and I once again told him that my husband has the right to book in my place. He then finally listened, and showed respect. His attitude changed to good energy and I appreciated his best attitude going forward that day.

the breakfast bar was not well maintained at for it just opened we went down at 6:25am had to reach in back of the empty coffee container no milk for cereal butter was in little fridge in a huge container orange juice was very old the hash browns were greasy and who eats chicken nuggets for breakfast? there was no one who took care of the area we do pay for this in the price of our hotel rate for a nice hotel to have this

Nothing really

The staff was impatient, aggressive, and in shortest of words childish. Having to tell a man who is clearly much older than me to have an adult conversation with me or get a staff member capable of simply doing their part (their job) and help me with completing my refund. The actions were very out of line and unprofessional, personally having work experience in management I would have no toleration with anything that was to me, he was impatient with the simple fact of my sister having an issue opening her Colorado ID app. Then proceeding to say after we were told we couldn’t make the stay happen “It’s not christmas everyday” we had not shown any aggression towards this man and he went out of his way to say these rude and unprofessional comments. That is not a face I would want representing a hotel this experience has affected my views towards this establishment and the management of this hotel, the things said are not okay nor professional.

The location was good for our Westminster itinerary. The price was affordable, front staff was friendly, the property had ample parking, and breakfast was provided.

The property was very old, the rooms had a strange smell, the breakfast options were limited, rooms didn’t look like the photos posted online, and the shower/shower head was not working properly.

The location was good, it was easy to get to stores, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing. They served frozen chicken nuggets (a strange choice for breakfast), hash browns, and a small selection of cold breakfast items. The room was not the cleanest (bugs in the window sash and some mildew in the bathroom) and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Our room was right next to the housekeeping supply room and elevator, so it was noisy.
