The lights in the room were dim and mirror was curved so made getting ready tough.

Room was fine and clean but the mattress was hard. The TV was not connected and we did not have much time in the room so we did not call the front desk to complain.

The room is simply furnished, just the basics, but it still had everything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet, but close to everything. Just off Victoria Ave E, near shopping, gas stations and restaurants. We went to STATS and had an awesome pizza. We had a warm welcome from Essence at the front desk. She couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful, and she was like that with everyone. Good TV in the room and good channel selection. The bathroom was spacious (accessible room) and very clean, well supplied with amenities. The breakfast was OK, but no proteins available. The coffee machine (free) gave all kinds of options and the coffee was delicious.
It took a while for the hot water to reach the room, but when it did it was plentiful. As with most modern rooms, the lighting was low. We're seniors and it makes it difficult sometimes to see things well. These two things did nothing to diminish the enjoyment of the room.

the wall are so thin that you can hear the people in the rooms next to you talk und snor at night. Also it smells like smoke, even in a non smoking room

It is pet friendly. I was was travelling with 2 cats and they made it super easy to do that.
Minor thing AC/heating unit fan wasn’t working at 100% but it still kept the room cool.

Great location, friendly staff. They treat dogs wonderfully at the reception, they gave our dog a dog cake.
In general, it was good!
I didn't like that it was a bit wintery and dirty, the cleanliness would have been better. But a very big minus is that weed is smoked on the territory and it stinks.

Stayed for 3 weeks with my dog while undergoing medical treatments. Staff was exceptional - always friendly and helpful. Location is great - all amenities really close by. Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has free coffee and great vending - even ice cream!
Its very affordable and you get what you pay for... the room and bedding is very basic. I brought my own fuzzy blanket, slippers, and my dog's bed and we were very comfortable.
