Breakfast was as simple as it gets. Nothing really - nothing good. Just basic breakfast.

It has had its best days. It was okay, but nothing more.

We were in town for a quick overnight trip to Madison, in town to catch our beloved Badgers. We always enjoy staying out in the East Towne area given it's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, thereby a little more economical but also only about a 20 min drive down to the Kohl Center. Love the modernness of the facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. Have stayed here prior and this will not be the last time we stay here. Staff is always very friendly, and it exceeds all of over expectations...we'll definitely be back.

Breakfast could be kept out a little longer...only ran until 930, but not a major deal.

Accommodated our early check in. Clean. Hot Coffee always available. Beds comfortable. Nice shower.

Hot tub temp was too hot. Set at 104, but we think it needs to be tested, because no one could enjoy it.

reserved a king bed but was told when we arrived there wasn’t one. that was very disappointing

I needed a quiet place for a virtual conference call before my check in time and the hotel was very accommodating. Room was perfect size for what I needed, close to the mall, door dash was available, and it was nice and quiet.

The price was a little spendy.

Everything was good , the only issue I had was the bathroom was really small. I not use to that when staying at a Hampton. However when I booked the room there was a photo. Some family members are large people and the space in the bathroom was an issue. Other than that the hotel meet my expectations.

Very dishonest ethics

Location was great - front desk staff were very helpful. Coffee was really good in the morning! The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

The oatmeal wasn’t hot at breakfast. Other than that there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Location was nice with it being right off the freeway. Price was good, especially comparing it to hotels that are further downtown.

We had out privacy sign on the door handle and room service came and knocked on our door at 9am with a "housekeeping" call. The purpose of hotels is to have a place to stay away from home. It was very unprofessional to knock on our door 3 hours before check-out, considering the privacy sign was on the door handle.

Staff was nice, very clean

Our room seemed humid/musty. The pool towels were big enough for a 2 year old, and the hot tub jets were broken during our stay.
