Breakfast hot, plentiful and a large assortment.

very clean modern travel supports in room (key table, usb ports, sliding door to separate bathroom and kitchen area from bed, areas for bags, etc on table tops, fridge/microwave, blackout curtain)

room right by elevator and pool was noisy, water pressure in shower was very low for a brand new hotel, tv channels weren’t easy to figure out- no guide that we could find at least, had to click through every channel.

food from previous person in my fridge and hair on the bathroom floor

The location and customer service.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Compared to other hotels, breakfast was better in terms of food quality and variety. Pool wasn't crowded and kids liked it.
