The breakfast was very decent, my kids wife and I loved it. Wide variety of hot,filling food.
Water bottles could have been complimentary, I've stayed at other hotels that give free water bottles at rhe front desk upon request.

Desayune un dia. Termina el desayuno a las 9.30 AM es muy temprano.
La Señorita encargada del area de desayuno me acepto advirtiendo que faltaban 10 minutos para que quitaran el buffet.
Alcance a desayunar pero ya no habia varias cosas del buffet como papas, huevos revueltos etc, como quiera comi lo que habia.
Al ir a pagar la Señorita encargada del area me dijo que no me podia cobrar puesto que el buffet estaba incompleto. yo incisti mas ella no me dejo pagar.
Me parecio increible ver su posicion y le di las gracias.

Pensamos que estaba el desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación y no fue así. Para el precio que cobran es bastante mediocre lo que ofrecen
Para empezar arreglar los elevadores que son muy lentos. Remozar las habitaciones y mejorar su servicio de TV. La televisión del dormitorio nunca funcionó bien. Demasiado obscuros los cuartos.

I like that the room is spacious with pretty much everything I need in there. The pool was great! Warm and inside, perfect!

Didn't like the fact that there was a lot of fleas in the room that we stayed in. Came home with several bites and so did my kids 🥺.. I honestly think that they should designate an area if they're going to allow dogs to stay at the hotel for just clients with pets..

This is the second time I have chosen this hotel and I would choose it again! The staff and management go out of their way to accommodate your every need.

The pool was fun and clean. The person at front desk was so kind and welcoming.
I’ve stayed at this location before and it’s usually so neat and clean. Unfortunately this time the room wasn’t to that degree. The bathroom wasn’t in order, there was a dirty sponge in the nightstand, the ice bucket had old water (along with other unknown stuff), and there was a large white stain on the sofa. It was very disgusting and disappointing. Although I packed disinfecting wipes & spray, we still didn’t touch or use some of the things I mentioned.
