I love the actually property it’s historic features are so nice and well kept

The air conditioning in our room did not cool at all and it was running all day

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the beds make for a good nights sleep.

Breakfast was not included with stay, pricey for one night and not be given complementary meal👎🏽 Option to add breakfast was not given or suggested. I’m sure many would appreciate the inclusion of meal with stay

we have been visiting this once beautiful historic hotel for 15 years situated in a great location

The place is falling apart and is in dire need of repair and efficient management. Front desk staff is unfriendly and disinterested in customers' needs. Paying close to $200/night (incl. fees) does not intitle you to housekeeping which is optional. During our 5-nights' stay, the bed was made only once (in spite of our demand for daily service). This is more like a youth hostel rather than a 4-star (?) hotel.

My balcony door in room 309 had problems with closing it. Could be a safety issue from room/balcony next door. My balcony was really just a covered alcove. To see the pool you had to get up to the wall way over by the next door hotel room. Those people were out all night on their balcony smoking so could not e noy it cause right up on them and their smoke! And toilet water ran here and there and could here it. You got a leak in your flapper.
