The staff were friendly and so accommodating. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Has a pool, slide & hot tub. Good continental breakfast.

Convenient location and clean. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Dated. Distinct weed odour in the 3rd floor hallway. Curtain hooks broken so curtains wouldn’t close completely. Only 3 pillows on a king bed. Sheets wouldn’t stay tucked in. No extra blankets. Very skimpy bath towels and only two. Modem didn’t work (NOTE: staff member “Cole” was able to replace in a very timely manner). Air conditioner was very noisy. Early riser (5:30 am) guests talking loudly in the hall while young children racing up and down the corridor for 30+ minutes before breakfast started at 6 am.

We come to Windsor for appointments. Always stay here. Staff is super nice

Clean accommodations, ample breakfast, pool with slide, friendly helpful staff. Great location for restaurants, groceries, access to highway.

The staff are excellen t ! and reallyenjoyed the spa tub in our room!

We needed a first floor room, due to arthritis. We received the room and great customer service.

The girl I ended up getting on the phone who was not AT the property, presented as if she was more involved hands on. she was pushy and ignored what relevant things I said or asked so she could try to get me to book through her and also signup for a loyalty club. not good call.

this was our third time staying here, we loved it! the pool keeps the kids incredibly entertained while cable tv keeps the husband entertained, and this mom actually got to relax 🙏🏼

the room advertised a Queen bed with bunk beds, the bed was smaller than ours at home so we think it was a double rather than a queen, and there were only 3 extremely flat uncomfortable pillows between two of us so we did wake up very sore the next day.

Everything was great, Good location, Swimming pool, Customer service at reception and breakfast too. Usually when you go to a hotel with a dog they charge you extra but they did not, which I really liked about them and girl at the reception during afternoon shift around 05pm on 5th November was super nice and helpful. Keep up the good work😊

Amazing staff,great location,VERY clean rooms,comfy beds, quality towels,ample parking. Cant comment on breakfast..none of us made it down lol.

If I had to pick one thing I didn't like it would be that I couldn't swim..the pool is very shallow. That said however, my granddaughter loved the pool..it was perfect for children and has a great waterslide. Also has a hot tub
