The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quiet. The included breakfast had great variety and was very good.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the lady running the buffet was very friendly and on top of things.

Our booking was for 2 queen beds (2 adults and 2 kids). There were only 3 towels in the room. Also, there was no soap at all in the bathroom. We called the front desk and told them we were missing soap and we were told that soap was only available by request!? Our bathroom had a ball of hair on the floor behind the door. Something that would easily be vacuumed when the room was cleaned. My husband used the men's bathroom by the foyer and there was no paper towel to dry his hands or even a garbage in the bathroom which was odd. These small details are what makes a satisfactory stay turn into a frustrating stay.

The beds and pillows were sooooo comfy

Staff were friendly, room was great! I had asked for Jacuzzi tub room and got more then I expected, the room was a beautiful room, smart TV in the room, and hot breakfast the next morning was more then I expected. The kids loved the pool, I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Pool room had small towels and very few at the time we had gone down to use the pool.

One of the front end staff was rude and disrespectful at checkin. He was trying to charge me more than my booking confirmation. He was trying to change my room from a queen suite to a 1 King room, then a 2 queen room…..I needed the accommodations that I had originally booked. when he finally gave me the room I had booked….The room was not ready as it still needed to be cleaned but, when we got to the room the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was dirty bedsheets and pillow thrown in the room closet….when I called the front desk to request another quilt for the bed I was told they didn’t have any. The room was not restocked with toilet paper or Kleenex….when I called down to the desk to get a roll of toilet paper they told me I had to go down to the desk and pick it up…..the room was not cleaned during our stay…..Every time we went down to the pool there was no clean towels…the shelf was completely empty. The second evening, there was a very distinct smell of smoke in the hallway and others on the same floor were smelling the same….I called down to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. It was honestly the worst experience I have had at a hotel. It felt dirty and the staff didn’t care enough about the guests.

1. Staff at front desk not smiling.. and sometimes no person in the lobby to attend guest. 2. Giving me a room that not ready and upon entering the room i was shock because it is a mess and i have to go down again to the front dest to ask another room.. which is very in convinient.. I am so exhausted with my travel and then it happened. When i was settled with the new room another guest was knocking on my door they said that front desk give this room, I told them to tell staff that that they mess up again with room.. 3. As I observed the room was clean visually but when i open the fridge there is still food left by other guest.

Check in took 45 min. Beds were old and hard. No hot water during shower Shower drain clogged. Loud rumbling noise all night line.

Perhaps if gluten free bread or muffins were kept in the freezer, they would be available for guests.

I booked a suite and the room was really just a normal king size room with 2 queen beds in it. The hotel was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Holiday Inn express if go go-to in any city I travel to but this was by far the worst and very uncharacteristic of the franchise.
