Location, parking, front desk staff are good
Breakfast is very low quality, even few items always shortage, people wait for refill, even coffee, bread, eggs. It was everyday, staff are over wait, they can not move.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Loved how dark the pull down shades made the room.
Buses coming in late at night and leaving them running right outside window of our room was very inconsiderate. Transformer for electrical room was also right outside our window and was very loud. Exit door right by our room was being used constantly all night and it was also quite annoying. I wouldn't book here again unless I was guaranteed a room away from all the noise.

Pillow top mattress, good pillows, very clean bathroom. European style soaps and shampoo. Tv with good guide. Full breakfast, eggs, toast, meat, cereals, etc.
Not direct road path to facility. Nothing gps couldn't figure out. Breakfast meat overdone.

The breakfast was an extra bonus to get our day started with a variety of choices. We were very close to the bridge to the USA making it great location for us.

Amazingly clean, new feeling, front staff were very friendly ( checking in and checking out), VERY comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, excellent varied, hot breakfast. Will definitely use this location again and will look for other Comfort Inn on our trip.

Wish we were better informed about the contents in our room. On the last day of our stay, we were told that there was a fridge in the room. It was hidden in an armoire.

The nighttime receptionist was great in more ways than one. she was very helpful and very nice.

The only issue was the transports using their engine brakes. don’t get me wrong I know what they are because I’ve been in the trucking industry for a very long time.

Clean, good room size
Bed hard, sheets had pilling, room facing the road noisy at night.

Bathroom looked new and clean. Bed was firm. Location was right off the highway and I could barely tell and I was on the first floor facing the highway.
If you are allergic to gluten and dairy like myself make sure to bring your own food. Would be nice is ingredients were posted so you didn't have to find staff to provide that info.

Although the breakfast had a great variety, the hot items were cold. Great coffee! Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and being especially helpful to solve a problem promptly. Was greatly impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.

The staff were friendly. Easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Great breakfast. The young woman working the morning breakfast area was so sweet and personable. Overall we were happy with our stay.
The one thing I didn't like were the curtains. There were 2 sets of curtains. One was transparent and the other was heavy blackout style. The blackout style curtains didn't close, and the back light from outside was shining into our room. It made it hard to fall asleep with the light shining in. Also, for privacy, the curtains need to close.
