pool was great, easy for parking & delicious affordable breakfast

bed frame falling off wall. and the wardrobe holding tv made the doors stick out- troublesome for kids running into and not ideal. understand old furniture and large flat screen do not fit that furniture could use update.

Esthetics of the building inside and out was very appealing, the staff was great. Pool and spas were nice. The breakfast was good for the cost.

Our hotel room has lots of minor maintenance issues such as: missing grout between tiles, bathroom door getting stuck on the floor and swinging the wrong way, flooring looking damaged by water, loose hardware on furniture, rusty vanity lights, sauna not heating fully, shower in pool area not working hot tub jet buttons not working right.

Everything was good didn’t eat there

The beds are not comfortable flooring in the rooms look cheap with laminate. There was hockey teams there that night that were pretty loud. It smelled TERRIBLE in the reception area, like a sewage back up. The coffee machine was broken & my husband had to drive across town in the morning to find coffee. The staff was very rude. A cleaning lady with a huge bin in front of the elevator taking all the room and not allowing us to press the elevator button for over 5 minutes, we assumed she had at least pressed the button since she was just standing there, then says to us because we kept trying to see if the button was at least pressed ; you have to ask…. We left our key outside in the spa by mistake, my husband had to go back to reception 3 times for a new card, as we wait in our swimsuits, the card was never activated and other gusts ended up letting us back in to get the card

facilities, access to the pool and the room itself was pretty good

THere was a Christmas party that kept us up till 2am; we could hear the music from the floor below and people were load coming to their room. PLus, the clerk was not too friendly. She did not do anything inappropriate but we could feel she did not want to be there!

Location is beautiful & facilities are good. Loved the heated outside pools & great massage. Dinner & service was good . Breakfast was OK.

The beds are not comfy & hard. They really have to correct this as soon as possible. Not good for a spa hotel!

if your looking for a place to stay where you expect to get good sleep, this is not the place. the walls are not insulated so you can hear everyone. people smashing and banging things around till 4 am every night. when booking the room it said 1 king, 1 queeen in the room. we got 2 tiny doubles. we are here for the Quebec equestrian games and needed good rest. other then that, the staff was extremely amazing. i have never met nicer staff in my whole life!

Expensive.Petty hotel policies.Best room in house and want to charge for use of outside spa? And only 2 nespressi pods and paper cups! Really????Ridiculousl! Nice woman did not charge as our anniversary! Best person was Anne Marie in the restaurant serving us and helping us celebrate! Check Estrimont Suites and Spa!! Fabulous!

Price; location ; no introduction by reception to hotel facilities where anything is..doesnt care...

The building is both stunning and intriguing. Ornate repro furniture throughout makes a point of opulence that you can enjoy at an affordable premium.
