I’ve stayed in many amazing hotels but st. Regis services was from far the best I’ve ever had.
I was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff.
Everything was perfectly and smooth.
I had the best experience ever.

The charge to use spa amenities is overpriced considering the services provided. Not much space. Given the caliber of property and location I expected a better and more modern spa.

The breakfast in room is main reason why stay wasn’t excellent. The coffee was made by someone who doesn’t care, doesn’t value their morning cup. The toasted English Muffins were inevitably near cold. Bringing me two when I ordered one didn’t resolve this. Every day I said one muffin, hot, and I got two, cold. The prices for breakfast are very very high, and the value was at 1 out of 10. Almost sadly, after telling the room service people every day of the poor quality of the coffee, the last morning we went to Velvet and had a good breakfast and good coffee. So the hotel can make decent coffee, but can’t seem to get it included in room service. The morning coffee in every road warrior hotel I’ve visited was better. Are we making a big deal over the coffee? Little worse than dreading your morning cup.
The breakfast and morning coffee. The coffee made us dread the first sip. I almost was going to go buy a coffee maker. The English muffins were near cold. Unappetizing. These are so simple, it’s Inexplicable why room service can’t manage better.

The hotel was wonderful, the style, the staff, the food and the ambience. Whether you were looking for a time to chill or a meal in super trendy restaurant with celebs it has it all

I liked how clean and beautiful the resort was
Staff was not very helpful when it came to locating my snowgear or my lost property (if you can't find it just say that, or if I contacted the wrong snowgear company just tell me)

Ordered room service. Specifically a ribeye steak for $65.00. It was rancid. I only took one bite but it still made me sick for several hours. They only removed my portion from the bill instead of the whole bill. Just thought that was poor taste.

The concierge (who was ex-Stanford football coach) was just amazing and helpful.

No desk chair. I had to use couch for laptop work. Too much furniture in the room. Recommend removing phone from WC. Remove decorative pillows.

The location was outstanding and we walked everywhere in Aspen including to our hike. It was very clean and is such a beautiful hotel.

DIDN'T GET TO STAY ALL NIGHT DUE TO FINANCE WITH HELD BY BANK, BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE WHITE LADY A MANAGER I BELIEVE WAS EXTRA, EXTRA, EXTRA KIND AND I THANK HER SO MUCH FOR HER HOSPITALITY MAY GOD BLESS HER TREMENDOUSLY I AM SORRY I DON'T NO HER NAME BUT SHE WAS A RED HEAD BEAUTIFUL LADY MAYBE EARLY 40ISH YOU ARE THE BEST LOVE YOU I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU. GIVE ME YOUR NAME IF YOUREMEMBER WHO I AM. I CHECK IN ON JANUARY 21 AND WAS CRYING LIKE A BABY, YOU OFFERED ME SOME CHAMPANE.
