This is a Five Star Accommodation. It is very clean, The people working there are all very nice and very professional. We have stayed at a lot of places in Aspen over the years. This is the best value for the price.

We had a one-bedroom condo. Top floor. condo was very comfy and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Summer visit-There is no a/c, but a fan was provided, as the mountains are usually cool overnight, and worked fine. (We happened to be there while it was high 80F degrees) Pool and Hot Tub were very nice. Hot Tub/spa is large and secluded which is very nice. Location is just a block or two from the main dining/shopping district downtown Aspen. Great location. Price was reasonable.

It’s a little noisy, as it’s on a busy road with a bus route. But, you are directly in town, so it’s to be expected. not complaining, just letting others know, it has urban noise.

Our condo was updated and very nicely furnished. The location is great, as you can walk to most restaurants and bars. We were off-season, which Made the area very quiet. Staff upon check in was very courteous. I stayed in this condo complex 44 years ago while in Aspen; it was still a great place to stay (just be aware… no A/C in the units)

the hot tub/pool was closed for repair. that was very disappointing. there was also an odd odor to the unit.

unfortunately in this specific condo all the beds along with the bedding (pillows and blankets/quilts) were extremely uncomfortable

This was an excellent stay and an excellent location. The condo was very nice and cozy and in a great location. It was right beside lift one (hence the name) and it was right along a bus stop or Ruby park was just down the road. Everything was in walking distance. Loved the comfy sectional. It was an all around nice stay.

We were fine with everything the condo offered.

Great staff. Always very helpful. Front desk responded quickly to my queries before arrival and were there when needed during stay. Daily housekeeping very good. Log fire a bonus on a cold evening! Good location. Good base for skiing. Bus to Snowmass is 2 blocks away and on return stops right outside.

For last few days hot tub jets were not working- engineer called out. Otherwise couldn’t fault it.
