Hotel charged WiFi which most of the hotel already provide the free service. The front counter reception wasn't helpful and we couldn't put our luggages there while we explored the city.

Uncomfortable bed, unclean towels and bathroom. Plus not sound proof.

The central Waikiki location was handy. The canal /mountain view was pleasant. No balcony made drying our wet swim stuff out impossible.

The parking was not part of the facility and I had to pay $40 a day to park there with a rental car! The front desk only ever had one staff on, long lines. The room was so dingy. The air conditioner was disgusting, it had mold growing in it. I’m handy so I pulled out the filter pieces and washed them in the sink. The outflow into the room was caked in black mold. Ugh. Disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. The hotel needs a facelift and a clean up. My son walked across the tile floor of our room and his feet were filthy. Needless to say we wore our shoes in our room. The kids did not want to swim in the pool. Their teen age words sim it up: no thanks.

parking choices was horrible, bathroom needs to be repaired, very confusing on where the lobby was located.

The location was good for walking Waikiki strip... I liked that there was a food truck park right next door and 7 eleven around the corner also a pizza place down stairs. The pool was on the sixth floor and you could look off the roof top and see a beautiful painting g along the hotel of a whale. I enjoyed myself there and we will go back, Would be better if there was pool towels in the room and a nicer refrigerator, but overall comfortable bed and clean room.

I didn't like that we had to exchange our bath towels to get pool towels then exchange pool towels for bath towels later. The icebox needs an upgrade .

Was worse than a motel 6 old blankets plastic hard mattress broken dresser small bathroom can barely fit one person

A bit of noisy can hear anything

Staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap for Waikiki.

Furniture is old and needs replaced. Walls marked: Fridge froze anything you put in it. Air conditioner was so loud I had to switch it off so I could hear my alarm. Hot tub wasn’t hot and one didn’t work.
