The staff were very friendly and helpful. and the hotel had a cool authentic vibe.

The location was a short 20 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. A kettle in the room would've been a nice addition.

On main street in Waikiki. Pool was nice and warm. Girls at front desk were very accommodating and helpful

The place is set up for coffee drinkers not tea drinkers.

Sandra at the front desk was exceptional. She was resourceful, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. She made this trip so much easier for us.

The staff was amazing and so very sweet!

The water pressure in the shower was very low but I still loved staying here.

Location and friendliness, the water at the reception desk and coffee, beach towels and the atmosphere at the lobby.

The AC was a little too noisy and the towels maybe were soaped too much.

緑多い公園の隣り、ビーチもすぐ 車移動でどこへ行くのも便利 スタッフもフレンドリーです ワンベッドルームスイートに宿泊したので部屋食も楽にできました

We liked just about everything. Nice gym, nice pool area, 3 x/week cheese & wine, a beautiful experience to offer its guests. Complimentary morning coffee is spot on. Thank you.

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento, toallas , cortinas , sabanas y muebles muy gastadas . Y escasas toallas , para tres personas y tres dias , sin servicio de limpieza….puede que el servicio se pudiera contratar a parte ….no se .

Le prix du parking, 40 dollars la Nuit !!! Pas davantage Genius 3. Cafard dans la chambre. Pas de plaque de cuisson ni bouilloire dans l’appartement

Close to beach n stores

Our room wasn’t ready and they said they were still cleaning it. We got in our room almost 5pm when we were told when we came at noon that check in is not til 3pm. Come back at 3pm and room was not ready and we were late arriving to our luau. We got there right when they were going to close the doors. We miss making the headbands and learning the Hawaiian culture. We got there to barely eat

There was a cockroach in my room when we walked in after a long day of activities and I told the front desk rightaway but they didn’t even offer me a different room or to even change my sheets. I had to do it myself

I liked that the property overlooked a beautiful park and that you walked through the park to get to the beach. The room was nice and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Free beach towels, chairs, and dvd rental! Even our city view had a view of the parks and a sliver of ocean. Little shops and restaurants around us, including food trucks, and everything else downtown was a 5 minute walk away. Bus stops nearby. Nice activities at the hotel on some days.

Super minor things. Could use more towel hooks in the bathroom and an updated alarm clock. Everything else was perfect. Loved the furniture.

Make sand chairs available. Pool on the small side but good when no one else is there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

C'est très sympathique de faire un wine and cheese party 2fois par semaine,mais le fromage était vraiment fort mauvais et le vin vraiment pas terrible(désolés avis de français !) et le mini spectacle avec une danseuse un peu maigre.J'aurais préféré comme j'ai vu dans d'autres hotels un spectacle un peu plus étoffé quitte à supprimer le snack. J'ai commandé un taxi à la réception et celui travaillant avec l'hotel nous a conseillé de partir à 7 h pour un avion qui partait vers 10h40,à cause des embouteillages,faites moi confiance..aucun pb à l'aller,ni au retour ?nous étions surpris d(un tel délai.Nous étions beaucoup trop en avance.Je pense que celà arrangeait le taxi !!très désagréable de se lever si tôt pour rien

Liked kitchen which was fully stocked with utensils. Liked double balcony. Liked use of movie kiosk.

Bathroom needed a touch up on walls and doors etc. Also, at Manager reception they offer only water for guests that don't drink alcohol. It would be great to have punch or juice etc.
