The room had the a/c unit was still installed, improperly, with a 1/2 inch gap on both sides. There was no heat control in the unit and there was nothing but 2 sheets and a very thin blanket on the beds. Parking lot was not cleared and they asked for a security deposit but "forgot to put that on the listing". Very disappointed, we have asked for a refund as we checked out an hour after checking in. Will definitely not be back.

I usually don’t write reviews, especially when nothing good to say. This this motel, shown as a hotel on the listing, nothing but misrepresentation. The house on the picture has only couple of rooms to stay in and the rest of the rooms are in the motel setting. This run down motel is right next to the train tracks and you could hear trains goes by all night long and making sounds which keeps you up all night. Sheets were dirty, I had to get a new set and change them myself. Floor was dirty, very dull light in the bathroom, falling curtains, TV remote battery not working and list goes on. No breakfast, but it is advertised. I requested some sort of reimbursement for this experience, but was not given one. Stay away from this place.

It was dirty and in disrepair. There were many spiders and mosquitoes. There was no thermostat so the room was too warm but we could not control the heat.

Located not far from locations we liked. Manager was super friendly Sitting by water in the morning or nights. Peaceful Does look like they are updating outside building

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. Dust broken microwave. Tub didn’t work properly. Tv had no volume.

Room was gross in bad condition. So small couldn't move. Train blows horn every minute

The room was very dirty, things are not installed properly. We were constantly woken up by tons of flies. The pillow when we moved it had a huge clump of black hair. The property over all was not clean. There was garbage all over the property from construction. I wanted to like it but it was wayto dirty to be charging $188 a night I would have felt comfortable paying $80 not the $188. I would not stay here again way to dirty.

The outside sitting area was nice.

We paid extra for a jacuzzi room that the jacuzzi was very outdated and the jets barely worked. The light hanging from the ceiling and not all the light bulbs working an eye sore and really should have been taken care of before the room was rented out

close to our brothers house just 2 driveways away we could walk to his house and that was very important to us

The room was comfortable and cozy it was rather quiet there which was very nice. The staff were amazing and very accommodating and friendly

the property is on the water which is nice , if you have a room with the lake view.

the rooms are in bad shape, need major work - stains on everything including furniture and towels sheets etc. a lot of damage on walls , floors and furniture. “lobby” not open all night - we ran out of TP and had to go buy some. The prices don’t reflect the quality of the place.

Very dirty. Needs updates, couldn't breathe in the room from the mold and unsanitary conditions. There was no waterfront view, it's a scam. They should be removed off booking.com, the owner then took 2 months to refund me my money. I had to call booking.com 8 times. And then they fried to keep the tax from the refund, whole place is suspicious.

the staff and manager were extremely nice and helpful. we booked on same day and were in a hurry and no cancellation applied. when we arrived we were not happy about the location as it was far from where we needed to stay, so the manager upgraded our room for free but still we wanted to cancel. the manager took the time to speak to customer service and cancel our booking for free and full refund. such a nice and helpful person. i highly recommend if your looking for an affordable place to stay with friendly staff.

The waterfront location and upper deck was perfect to relax and only 3km from Gardiner Road shopping.

So many trains nearby, eventually got used to it.

Because of Covid breakfast not available. But they were kind enough to give us Tim Horton give cards close by.

Too many insects in the room. Carpet is disgusting. Room is dilapidated.Freight train passes blaring horns all night kept us awake most of the evening. Place needs massive renovations.

I was told that I will be getting breakfast, but the hotel refused to give breakfast.
