Indoor pool in summer is great!

Check in and out was a long process.

It was convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.

The room was outdated and smelled. Carpet was nasty. There was a stain on the chair of food or something else. The bathtub look like it had black mold all around it. Some of the staff that work there were very creepy.

Location was fantastic

There was a truck that got broken into during our stay which made us nervous, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself

Staff was nice.

First room we got one of the beds was unmade and dirty. Staff was apologetic and switched us rooms. The second appeared fine on entry, but upon getting settled in there were dead roaches in the corners, and a live one scurrying across the bathroom floor. The beds seemed hastily made, a leftover splatter, and dried run lines on the headboard were cause for concern of overall cleanliness of the linens. The color you’re picturing in your head is correct, and the dried mystery liquid that came to mind is probably right. The issues were brought to the managers attention in the morning, and a paltry 15% discount was given.

There was mold on the floor by the bed and mold growing on the lamp shade. There was also mysterious stains all over the bed skirt and the room smelt horrible making it hard to breath. I didn’t even bother to stay or get a different room. I tried to get a full refund but instead booking.com gave me credits, which isn’t enough to even pay taxes for the room, after I called again they said it was up to the hotel to give me a refund which they denied me. Very disappointed with both booking.com and the hotel.

Soft and very soft pillows. fell asleep in an instant!!
