Rooms better kept

washer did not work; no business office for services;

Some told me that they did not do shuttle from airport.

Property wasn’t near any sit down restaurants. There was no local information for recommendations for entertainment or shopping or dining. Staff was not attentive.

The staff were very friendly. Especially the people working at the valet booth.

Rooms were very old & need to be renovated. Elevators were slow or broken, ice machines all broken except for one. They should leave the soda fountain open to use all day, not just during breakfast hours.

Loved the staff, common area wonderful, breakfast excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

The light switch at the door didn't work and it smelled musty /cigarets. Had to switch rooms and that light switch didn't work either. So we just turned on a light and left it on. Toilet leaked in AM but was taken care of quickly. Furniture out dated, bathroom small and dark.

We stay at this hotel once or twice a year is our favorite! But this weekend was the last time we stay here!! Our mini fridge never worked and they never did anything about it the heater doesn't work and we were freezing all night and the worst part was the lady that was making the omelets from breakfast in the morning was veryy rudeee!!!! Never staying at this hotel again!!!!

The “duvet” on the bed was nothing more than two sheets with a FILTHY DIRTY comforter between them. It was disgusting. The tub was peeling, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. When I tried to us the iron, it spewed water on my clothes. I didn’t add water to it. There was no ironing board so I had to use a table.The room was freezing. This was our third time staying. The first one was just okay, the second one was worse than the first, and this last one was one was the worst. We won’t be back.
