I liked the fact there was a sink next to the small refrigerator. I liked the variety of shampoo and body wash, etc. The heater was working well.

When I got to my room it was located near the emergency stair well. It was room 321. The lights in the bath flickers when turned on. The floors on the ground was falling apart and requires some renovations. The shower head was releasing water at a slow rate. The shower curtains were old and could have used a replacement. The hair dryer had an odour associated with it. The carpet floor could use some maintenance and a good carpet clean. The workplace chair had some crumbs of food on it. The pillows were small and not sure why there's 4 on a queen size bed. 2 pillows on a queen bed would have suffice.

Breakfast was basic but what I expected for a hotel included meal.

Fresh fruit options .. banana, oranges, and/or apples would be a good addition to breakfast.

Low water pressure on 4th floor and blow dryer didn't work

The room was dirty. The covers on bed were dirty and there was rubbish under the bed. The staff were unhelpful.

Somewhat met my expectations.staff was qqqqqqqqqqqqqqàplenty helpful and nice.the price though of $208 was a bit much for a single guest to rent a room. Hillariously I didn't even sleep there that night.just went back in the morning and got my bag and turned my room keys in and left .

property was clean. easy access to the highway, lots of parking

there were LOTS of cameras. I counted about 20 that I could see from the parking lot. I’m not sure if the cameras were supposed to make me feel good about the security of the hotel they moreso made me concerned about the area it was located in if that many cameras were needed

Toilet was not working properly and front desk clerk left the plunger in the toilet and said if it plugs again you can do it yourself.
