The location suited our reason for visiting Quebec City.
The breakfast was basically the same everyday and we had to take from the refrigerator, make our own coffee and clean up by putting dishes etc in the dishwasher.
This property IS NOT A B&B. It is a Gite with owners providing cold, same everyday, breakfast. They laid the table placing a cereal spoon BUT NO CEREAL. There was no A/C or T.V.
At B&B's you get to know the owners. Only contact on arrival and nothing more. No helpful advise, suggestions or what was going on with all the construction work around the City and bridge approaches.

Nice and clean place. Very good and fresh breakfast. Staff very helpful, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend.

The B&B is more than 5km from the centre of the old city, in a quiet suburb. This meant that I could get a good nights' sleep. Also the bus service in Quebec city is so good that getting to and from the town centre was very easy even at night.
