They still have not refunded my deposit. The room was not as it was explained. There was no vending machine or breakfast. We requested a late check out and it was a Wednesday, he said more than like could do it but then rush us out first thing in the morning when they had an empty hotel. The phone didn't work and the neighbors wouldn't stop screaming.

It was on the beach. That is all, Nothing else. I can't say I would EVER stay at this property again.... I Found Nothing Really good about it.

I didn't like how the door had holes in it and they duct taped over it. I Didn't like how the door assist was ripped out of the wooden door frame. I Didn't like how the door lock would not spring back out so the door would actually latch when you tried to shut it to keep your family safe. I Didn't like at rust and dirt in ever corner of the room. I Didn't like that every latch in the room for every door was rusted and corroded. I didn't like how the chair was pushed against the wall and had small chunks of dry wall taken out of it. I Didn't like how the door had a large chunk taken out of it near the bottom on the door. I DIDNOT LIKE the COCKROACHES that we found in the ICE BUCKET and SHOWER.... (Two separate instances.) and FINALLY, I DIDNOT LIKE the EXTREMELY RUDE who I think was the owners, and EMPLOYEES!!!

The view was wonderful, we had a "partial ocean view" room which was irrelevant because it looked beautiful. The pool area is cobblestone so it's not hot on bare feet. The shower was huge, we loved it; rain spout and super hot! So that's very good!

The parking was tighter than normal but still manageable. The breakfast was apple, banana, mini muffin and coffee; so for the pricing that's not bad.

The location was good, and the room was newly remodeled and a decent size. It was close to the water, and the pool was decent.

There isn't very much parking and if you have a trailer you have to find somewhere else to park.it.

The rooms have been redone. The staff is amazing. I always enjoy my stays here.

They are working on the outside and some plumbing, but if that is what people have to complain about, there isn't anything to complain about. The new owners are amazing and attentive.

I thought it was a good value for the money. Liked the partial ocean view. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was able to walk to several stores. Although the weather did not cooperate, the pool looked inviting.

It is an older building, but some attempts have been made to update. Although I didn’t require a kitchenette, it was difficult not to notice the outdated appliances.

I've stayed there several times before and never experienced a front desk agent quite as condescending as this one I had to sign about 15 signatures and 15 different places and like I say I've stayed here before he was acting like we shouldn't have been there or didn't belong there it was really odd but in general he treated us like s***

I've been at this hotel several times never had this type of customer service me and my other half are a mixed couple... I personally believe the clerks issue was this I love the hotel but I'll never go back after this

Proximity to the ocean. The king size bed was comfortable.

The front desk lady was annoying. A sign hangs in the lobby that states 11 am checkout but apparently it’s not accurate because at 10am the front desk lady knocked on our door. Between 10am and 10:30 am she knocked on our door 5 separate times. It was excessive.

The refrigerator was to Small missing shelf. The coffee maker didn't work. Not a good breakfast. They used to much bleach to choke a horse. Not enough bath towels. Not enough bed blankets. If your cold better bring your own. We had to empty our own trash. Oh if you have a pet. It's high booking donest take that out. It's additional $85.00 non refunded. And $100 deposit if anything is damaged.

Only good thing was how close you are to the beach.

The room smelled, half of the stuff didn’t work, Wi-Fi connection was terrible, area was kinda shady, they were doing construction and there was banging upstairs all hours of the night and day, housekeeping didn’t speak any English so communicating was hard.

I booked a room with a balcony and was put in a room with a big window. The daytime attendant was very rude. She actually told me not to walk in the front if I’m coming in from the beach to use the side door where the carpet that has not been replaced or cleaned since the building existed. I was not in a bathing suit or wet. The room smelled really bad even though it had no carpet. There was no place to hang clothes even though there were two openings that looked like it use to be closets before being remodeled . There was a stain on the shower curtain that looked like blood. If I had been staying longer than two days I would have asked for my money back and gone somewhere else. Oh and good luck on parking if you have a truck and come in late.
