There was a very bad smell in the room and the shower was very dirty. There was no variety at breakfast, there was only tea and coffee. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great Miami dude ("Catracho") who helped me deal with the dead-bolt on my room door. Nice place, good location not far from necessities and cross-highways. Bed very comfortable. Adequate amenities like soap shampoo etc.
No breakfast as advertised on Booking. This is third "error" by Booking for me recently; thusly might change apps.

Facility dirty and ran down. Cockroach 🪳 and fleas were in the room and cats 🐈 in the room next to us that have been there for an extended period of time

Older out dated hotel. Tiny bathrooms, you could not close the bathroom door and be on the toilet it was so small.

Everything was terrible.
room was terrible. it was not clean smell was worse. there was no hot water only cold.
There was no hair dryer.
AC wasn't work well and making so much sound.
I could even sleep.

The location was near restaurants for easy traveling.
There were no curtains and people could see inside our room if they stood at a certain spot. The toilet did not flush well. There was two roaches found in the room and the refrigerator and light was not working. Only had one location to get ice and we were all the way in the back so that was inconvenient. We were given a room and it turns out it was the maintenance man's room. And the front desk did not apologize and had no idea and gave a different room and that one had the broken items and roaches in it.

there was no heat it just blew cold, air, same as the hot water. There was none being that it was cold last night and this morning it was very unpleasant.

The lobby was closed until 3pm for renovations that clearly were not happening and restaurant and bar are closed .

The great attitude at check in and "couldnt care less" attitude when we voiced our concerns about not getting what we paid for.
Being told the truth.Requested and paid for a room for 5 people.The room only had two beds (no fold out or cot like we were told and paid for) As a result two people had to sleep on the floor.
