The location was great!
The room smelled. I had to go to the desk to get supplies that all hotels provide, cups hand towels, tissues

Convenient to airport and sights to see. Staff were awesome! Bright and sunny lobby. Breakfast was expensive but staff was phenomenal.

the people was great, friendly and was ready to help at any moment. the food in the restaurant was very good and the portions were properly sized.

I would love to share pictures but I was scared my phone would rot from the disgusting pictures!
I don't understand why those Hilton hotels are all overpriced. I would categorize the majority of North American hotels as MOTEL. Here are the things that stood out:
- Carpet: WHY???? The most disgusting bacteria germs collecting thing ever! Everybody knows those carpets are vacuumed maybe 1 x a year. The carpet in my room was soaking wet! God knows what the previous guest did to the carpet!
- Underwear: Thank you Hilton, but I usually bring my own underwear, no need to leave someone's underwear for the next guest!
- Low popcorn ceiling with cracks: It makes the room look very cheap - as I said, motel class!
- Paint and interior design: There were colors from yellow, green, brown, and red. I would love to hire that interior designer. And yellowish paint? Looks like someone took a piss all over the walls.
- Washroom: Nice and aged yellowish vanity and tub. The water will always leave stains on the plastic and will always turn yellow. Is anyone here using soap to shower? Why do those hotels still install a soap holder? And my favorite is the shower curtain, which has hung there for years and that's never sanitized or washed. So I don't care if the washroom turns into a swimming pool, I will continue to refuse to touch the shower curtain!
HILTON HOTELS: Rip off the entire washroom, build a walk-in shower, and put a glass door, or change your Hotels to MOTEL! Jeez!!!

The staff was AMAZING always smiling and helpful!
There was other people staying there in the pool that were very mean and she started screaming at my son cause she thought he was being mean but he was not and he’s only 6. Not the hotels fault at all though and we just left

Breakfast is a strange combo of a self-service and an officiant, I enjoyed being called a “dude” but I’m not sure all the visitors will appreciate this

Said breakfast was included in my room that I paid over 300 a night & it was not, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the room I originally got was not ready when I walked in somebody else things were there I had to get a different room from the one I paid for

Location from airport is perfect.
I called to make sure that this hotel has its shuttle and so it was confirmed. When I got to the airport from Philadelphia to Buffalo NY, I called and asked for the shuttle then she asked how many people I said one person (myself) It took 40 minutes, and I was afraid to lose my meeting then I had to look for a taxi and I got charged $15.00 extra pay from my own pocket. When I got to check in process this lady was so slow really in slow motion to give me the key and never mentioned anything if I was the one who called. Her attention was not that with a sweet smile welcoming. Maybe she has no idea about traveler's needs, there was no empathy.

The room was clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was pretty full and you’re right beside the airport, noise was not an issue.
The pool was cold (which was disappointing, as our one priority when booking was a hotel with a pool as our kids really wanted to swim). At check-in, I was not given any instructions or voucher for the breakfast, and when I went down to eat the following more, this caused some confusion (however, the staff in the dining area was helpful).
