Room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a couch, full fridge, and kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great!

Disappointed that pool was under maintenance. Would have liked to be alerted ahead of time. Breakfast needed fruit and options without dairy. Posted instructions for using toaster and waffle maker would be helpful.

the staff lied and said we were smoking in one of our rooms and we wasn’t then said my daughter broke a refrigerator and she didn’t just a bunch of lies! Currently filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office because they really trying to keep our deposit because there staff is lazy asf!

main lobby clean and maintained. close to shopping and other activities.

there was garbage and a towel in the stairwell for the 3 days we were there. need maintenance/cleaning staff to check all areas. I don’t take elevators when stairs are available and this one was gross. breakfast was all carbs. no fresh fruit like advertised in the posters in the elevator.

the staff during the stay were as friendly and helpful as they could be considering what they were dealing with.

stayed during a blizzard in Buffalo NY the hotel only had 1/2 power and no working generator our room was cold, we had no hot water and only 1/2 electricity. To go up and downstairs we had to walk through dark hallways and stairways. I went back and forth and to try to get at least 1/2 the stay refunded with no response. would NEVER stay here again!

Loved breakfast and the coffee area. My son's favorite thing was hot cocoa anytime.

Our original room had an issue with the toilet and the black our curtain, which kept our daughtee up alot. We were moved and the next morning and the room was perfect.

I liked how close I was to where I held my business meeting.

The staff was terrible. I was charged a total of three different times totaling over $1,100 on my credit card that literally held up funds on my account until resolved. I showed the staff the mistake and they had no interest in explaining or fixing the problem. When I entered the room it literally smelled like feces. I went to the desk to tell them and was offered a can of Lysol. I checked out a day early from my room and was told I would be refunded $167 however never saw that. I ended up checking into another hotel for less money and that establishment was much nicer. Over all the experience was horrible I will never go to another Home2Suites and will never recommend.

clean and amazing staff

facilities are quite good and was glad they followed Covid protocols. The parking lot was large and well lite. The foyer was clean and welcoming. our room was large and had a kitchenette.
