I upgrade to corner large king suite on the 6th floor , shower water pressure was awful , toilet flush all night , I think I will stay with a regular suite upgrade nor worth it , I do go to embassy suite 2x a month regularly

The Size of the room. I booked on booking.com and I picked room based on pictures and it was not what was pictured. The whole reason I booked was pictures!

The room layout was nice. Breakfast was good.

I called ahead about the pool and was assured that it would be available, it was not.Unexpected fee to park in the hotel lot. Front desk clerk was less than welcoming. Towels were mismatched and scratchy. Tub didn't drain.

the night front desk lady clerk , could not find my reservation , the evening clerk found it with no problem , since the night clerk could not find my first reservation I had to rebook I was charge 2x waiting on my refund for the first booking the front desk evening clerk cancelled ,

I didn’t like that our rooms weren’t tidied daily. The pillows were hard as rocks. The towels were small and scratchy. The breakfast was good but the dishes didn’t seem clean. The pool didn’t seem very clean. We were VERY surprised by a $7.00 a day parking fee for just a regular parking lot. We had 4 rooms booked for 3 days… so an added cost of $84.00 When we first arrived only one elevator was working for the whole building. One of our rooms had VERY low lighting in the bathroom…Room 603.

I went for hot tube but it was dirty & broken, jets not working but 2 then they tried to fix it but on 4 worked.

Very limited staff. Never cleaned room even after repeated requests. Breakfast was not good and waiting was more that half an hour.

I was impressed by the rehabilitation that has occurred. Was a frequent traveler to the Overland Park area years ago 20 plus years ago. Found the facilities and services to be in a better condition, than previous stays. The cocktail service was excellent as was the services for breakfast! I will be staying at this location on future visits!

The only complaint was the parking fee, have not seen in the suburban area, but also am not familiar witrh the other Motel are doing the same? Only suggestion would be to see that it is comparative.
