We found live bedbugs in our room!

There was NO BREAKFAST at this location unless you wanted to buy it. Light burned out in bathroom; I notified the front desk. They sent a lady up to room. She undid the fixture, but did not fix the light. I took a shower in the dark on Monday. UNACCEPTABLE. I requested room service on Sunday. Lady came at 8:40 am. My son and I were still asleep. I asked her to come back later. NEVER DID. I had to request clean towels at front desk. Dirty towels never picked up. UNACCEPTABLE.

See above. At approximately $240/night (including tax), the experience was UNACCEPTABLE.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful and could answer any questioned i asked. The rooms were extremely clean and was comforting and had instructions on how to work everything.

It is in a good location and was pretty clean and quiet.

Our AC unit didn’t work. thought we could get it to work but never did. Our shower also dropped constantly. We were compensated some thankfully.

the AC in the room didn’t regulate the temperature well. it was mostly warm. we opened the window for extra coolness. also disappointed the hot tub wasn’t available for use due to chemical regulation problems. This shouldn’t be so hard to keep up if done with proper maintenance.

I paid for breakfast room but was told by staff there is no breakfast and I need to go buy it at Starbucks. So I did. When I received receipt I saw still says room with breakfast so I called manager she said they have new employee and they didn’t know. She can’t refund me because it would go to booking.com not to me. I am so disappointed I paid room 210 that was not worth 130 if that plus no breakfast or refund. Never staying there again

Lobby's lounge area. Quiet environment. Nice view from the balcony. Swimming pool was well maintained.

No cleaning service for either morning. I called the front desk on the first morning at 230pm after all cleaning carts were put away to find out they were completed for the day, even though I told our floor cleaning person at 11am that our room was ready. The service manager was made aware and provided service at 330pm. No service whatsoever on the second morning... Didn't feel like requesting again.
