The property is located very close to Greenfield Village. The breakfast offerings were pretty standard. Beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was amazing. I highly recommend the fish and chips.

The pool is nice and big, but there were several children in the pool with inflatables. At one time I counted ten of them, and teenage boys were having canon ball contest, which made relaxing at the pool impossible.

What I liked about the property was the beautiful color pink & the architecture. P.S My favorite color is pink & I didn’t know the property was pink until I came so that was a wow factor.

What I didn’t like is how you can’t pay cash to book a stay. I also didn’t like how the sheets & covers were not clean , and that the AC didn’t really work.

this property is a bit dated so you see and can appreciate the history of it.

the only thing i didn’t like was the front desk employee who selected our room did not mention that it would be on the whole other side of the hotel( long long corridors). so we were walking with our luggage and got lost until a hotel manager showed us our way and noted it would be much easier to park around the back and enter through the back entrance. the front desk employee should really tell guests their best way to find their rooms. other than that our stay was pleasant.

Said that I did not book my room and made me buy a more expensive one. Was able to charge my phone to get the info and when down to get my money back for the booking. Suddenly they found the room still haven't gotten my money back.

Breakfast excellent, hot, proteins. Hot tub clean and pool nice but filled with kids. Clean facility and exceptional staff. Rooms clean but not sound proof. Very nice details, pictures finishes in room, old antiques everywhere. Nice decorations.

The location was perfect for getting to the Henry Ford Museum. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and on point. Loved the restaurant on premises and they had excellent food and drink selection for dinner and the service was outstanding! Breakfast buffet was a nice touch as well plus you can order off of a menu if wanted and the fresh fruit and a buffet of condiments for oatmeal if you like Oatmeal

The hallways are a little loud with kids running around but to be expected when the Hotel is full. I feel the selection of hot food on the buffet could have been better (eggs, french toast and ham was all there was for hot selection) Not everyone like a certain meat served on specific days but what we did have tasted good.

The staff are liars, originally denied that we ever went to the front desk and notified them of our room smelling like a straight cigarette. The short haired woman was rude, and getting a refund for a room we didn’t even stay in took way longer than it should’ve

Staff was fine room was given to far for my condition I had came there for the heat therapy the hot tub and the rest I was disappointed for sure I want a refund I was in so much pain walking back to my room after I couldnt enjoy the hot tub which gives my body comfort I then had to walk back to my room still in pain

I suffer from sciatica nerve damage I came there for the hot tub and rest There were more than 10 kids jumping and splashing in the HOT TUB I was splashed and I had no room to move around Then as I just deciided to get out and go to my room and get some rest I was placed in a room far and the walk was painful I went to the room only to have kids later playing at my door and ringing the door bell I was extremely disappointed in my stay . I want a refundddddd

The room was clean and big for the 4 of us, breakfast buffet is always amazing as usual, the pool and sauna area is always clean and fun for the whole family. Great local to everything.

The towels were slightly dirty, but the front desk was able to replace them with no problems and the plugs for charging station was of, and the lamps wouldn't stay plugged in, the light would stay on
