Absolutely nothing.
Complete and utter failure by the property and the manager. There was 1 staff that was helpful, but the rest told me lies that it would be handled (me expecting a refund), but alas, it wasn’t. I was only refunded the first night when all 3 were disastrous and we left early because it was so bad.

Nice pool and hot tub

Jacuzzi and friendly.and accomindating staff. The juice was my favorite. The breakfast and the breakfast options were a plus.
The pool area was messy, and no towels were available.

Breakfast accomindations, great options. My favorite was the juice options. I also enjoyed the Zacuzzi, which is great for muscle therapy.
The pool area was messy, and there were no towels. Kids walking around with no shoes on from pool wetting up the floors. They were in the breakfast area with no shoes on as well. The host of parties should pay more attention to kids' actions.

Bed was comfy
Desk help called me in the middle of the night, waking me out of my sleep, stating I needed to pay for my room, when I had already took care of that at 1130ish the previous morning. Desk clerk refused to give me my truck driver discount or my military discount on my room. She charged me full rate.

Honestly nothing
The beds hurt, no hot water. Over chlorinated water made eyes burn and rashes begin. And they charged 200 not the 156 I was quoted.

Rooms not deep cleaned in a while. Debris under bed and behind furniture and coach smelled

Pool was so over chlorinated it stripped all the gold plating off of necklaces and rings and pulled the color right out of our swim suits. Gonna cost a fortune to fix

-Location not too far from shops and restaurants. Was able to get downtown quickly.
-Mini fridge and microwave included in room.
-The tv/cable constantly lost signal so we could not watch tv.
-The comforter had holes in it and was covered up with a top sheet. The bedding needs to be replaced.
-Kids roaming around the hotel in their wet swimming suits

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and great location.
Night shit guy needs a new job he was ridiculous. Told me we couldn't have any extra towels or rags or pillows or blankets or sheets. He said they don't have extra and we can't have any. All the money I paid for this room I should have been able to get extra if I needed it. I won't stay here again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.
There were crumbs in the hallway by the elevator the cleaning staff should have gotten up, but didn't.

"out of order" too many around the facilities. On the day of the check-in, the pool was out of order and 1 light was not working in the room. The next day 2 cubicles on the mens washroom was out of order. And the men's toilet at the pool was out of order.

Not much about the experience.
Tried to check in at 430 PM and the room was not ready. Went to dinner and came back two hours later, the room was still not prepared. Waited for another half hour at the pool but the chlorine level was so high my eyes were watering and my daughter was having a coughing fit. Other children were also coughing. When I pointed this out to the desk staff, they said they could do nothing about it. It was not until 715 that we were able to enter the room. The original check-in time was supposed to be 3 pm. Unfortunately, I prepaid for the room and it was non-refundable. If I could cancel the reservation I would have gone to a different property.
