It would of been nice if the pool was in the building and they had a bar

even is an antique. they keep it presentable and super clean.

the beds are way to hard. I woke up feeling horrible like I didn’t rest. but to me what triggered me is when it was time to check out. they cleaning lady literally knocked on the door non stop like her life depends on it. we are on vacations and relax. we don’t need that stress. so that was a big NO. relax we were just picking up our bags, we are coming.

Small rooms, pool accessible behind and on top of another hotel. No handicap accessible rooms left upon check in.

The location is on the pedestrian portion of Ocean Blvd. There is a LOT of people watching from the front porch. The restaurant they use for drinks and breakfast is really good. The classic margarita is excellent - and that says a lot from a margarita enthusiast! The room was a bit tight - but very workable. Ronald, the clerk that checked us out and held our luggage while we walked around after checking out was FANTASTIC. he has a great attitude, makes eye contact with a smile and was friendly.

The guy that checked us in was terrible. He walked up to the computer and did not make eye contact. He mumbled and was generally unfriendly and seemed that he would rather be doing whatever in his phone. I asked him for eye contact so that we might understand him better. He told me I was bizarre. After that, he opened his eyes very wide and spoke to me one word at a time. We almost left because of his rude character. Luckily, we had a fantastic experience with Ronald.

Amazing location. We loved staying here.

The park was right across the street then you crossed the dunes to the beach. The Mexican restaurant that they give you free cocktails to was also nice for dinner.

Cabs could not find the. a j door so we had to walk our luggage to the front door about 1/2 block to entrance.

the property was clean and welcoming. the front desk staff were very accommodating and kind. there’s a voucher for breakfast at the nearby Havana restaurant which was decent, along with a voucher for 2 complementary-drinks in the afternoon

- the road leading to the property is closed, therefore you have to be dropped off at the intersection of 15th St. or at their sister hotel the block behind & cross over (not convenient with luggage & children in tow) - the pool is located at their sister hotel - there’s no discount for beach umbrellas & beach chairs at the beach - the double rooms are very small

Excellent position directly on Ocean Drive. Warm atmosphere. Very kind staff. Ocean-view rooms are superb.

The location was incredible, the beach was right in front, and there were great shops and restaurants all around. We loved the 2 welcome drinks and breakfasts that were included!
