never in my life had any place in the world taken if upon themselves to add a 10% tip to each of my bills that I signed to my room for breakfast, this is theft!!!! if I felt the need to give a tip which I did I gave cash. reception staff not very friendly, double charged my card. no coffee in the room, have to wait until 6:30 for breakfast bar to open. (Nespresso machine capsules should be available especially at the room prices) room covered in dust when I arrived, even after 3 cleaning days still same dust everywhere.

our mini fridge was empty, no snacks. Used lotion bottle was left for us. obviously they did not vacuums clean our room… it was noisy on the floor after hours and smell of Marihuanna was very strong on our floor.

the rooms do need an update but it has charm

Excellent location. Nicely decorated lobby and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Very courteous doormen. Housekeeping service excellent.

On my second night only one elevator seemed to be working properly out of three. Not great for a busy hotel. No prices advertised for minibar. I would have preferred an empty refrigerator for personal items given drinks and snacks were available to grab and go in the lobby.
