The room was clean and had the basics, newly renovated so ok

Aside from someone trying to get into my room at 12am the location is rough and run down. The feeling of the hotel is a little creepy

Very good value for the price, great position central in SF downtown, clean rooms. Size is of the rooms is also ok.

Smell of the room at the beginning was a bit musty, which got better after ventilation. Sometimes smells like weed in the hotel.

No tissue paper in the room, shower area is a bit small for oversized guest and the wash basin is inside the bedroom area, disposable sandal for guests. Basin toiletries such as toothbrush., tooth paste and shaver not provided

Great location and friendly staff. Perfect for solo travelers without access to a car in SF. Close to many sights and transportation. The bathrobe was a nice touch.

The location is good and staff is helpful.

Impossible to sleep with the noise the old metal heater was making, both rooms that I was in had the same problem. The rooms smell like humidity, not a very pleasant experience.
