Not much other than it was close to SFO
Room was very poorly maintained. Paint peeling on the walls and the carpet was filthy

The front door doesn’t have the metal piece under the door. Half an inch is letting the cold come inside the room. Must have the heater running all night. The wind makes the air come inside.

The location is ideal and so is the free shuttle. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarettes. We have asked the lady at the reception for another room, she reacted straight away and gave us a different room. The second room had weird stains on the carpet and was very dated overall. Would however stay again because of the proximity to the airport for a super early flight.

The key card absolutely would not open our first assigned room (#514) so the staff moved us to room #116.

This hotel is ten out of ten. I’m flying out to Japan and the airport shuttle is so convenient. Rooms are clean! I’ll come back next time if I’m flying out from SFO again

Bed very clean. Despite the very run down conditions it did seem reasonably clean. Quite considering the location!
Location and type of people hanging around was a little scary. One person seemed to be sitting in front of the office during my entire stay. Most of the furniture was ancient albeit functional. Hairdryer didn’t work, pull fell off pocket door to bathroom when touched.

Two of three receptionist were helpful and kind and tried to solve problems. One of them - I think - had a bad day and was not interested in finding solutions for the customer.
The hotel is old, needs to be renovated asap.

Comfy bed, free airport shuttle and an iHop next door.
Leaking bathroom has made the carpet mouldy. Tried to sleep with the aweful mouldy smell. Old and grubby.

The location of the property was very close to both San Francisco and San Mateo where business was conducted. The heated pool was an absolute joy to use. The check in and check out process was pleasant.
The rooms were very filthy and weren’t cleaned by room service. They incorrectly processed the payment during the first couple of days and property in general did not seem to be well maintained.
