Excellent hosts! Amazing breakfast! Accommodating with arrival times. Excellent communication. Very clean.

My only comment was I found the bed to be quite firm for my liking.

traffic through night was incredibly loud. it vibrated and it couldn’t be drowned out bed was not as comfy as could be.

Great location. Very handy for the town centre and its numerous restaurants. Mary was a charming host. The cleanliness of the whole house was immaculate. A very comfortable room made for a relaxing stay.

The room was gorgeous and well equipped. It’s in a great location for downtown, walking distance to everything. Not the cheapest room in Charlottetown, but I definitely felt as though it was best value. Very personalized service, great breakfast, a wonderful stay.

- The room/property was super clean - Mary was very welcoming and quick to respond to messages - Breakfast was very good (including a hot option) and when we had to miss breakfast one day, due to an early departure, we were offered a packed breakfast consisting of pastries, hard boiled eggs and yogurt - The location was fantastic - within walking distance to everything and very quiet at night - Bed was comfortable, lots of hot water in shower

Location.. close to the harbour, excellent restaurants, downtown, historic sites. The inn itself… includes ramp entry for handicapped and two ground floor bedrooms, immaculate, excellent breakfast, including a hot entree, comfortable common room with tourist pamphlets and maps. The owner and staff… Mary is experienced in the hospitality industry. She is professional , thoughtful and welcoming. I was impressed with the housekeeping. There are two designated parking spots in front of the house and also spots available around the corner. I recommend The Inn unreservedly. Many thanks, Mary!!

Our host Mary was very helpful and her place is very personable and comfortable. A very nice cooked breakfast both days and it was delicious.

close to many amenities and downtown. Very clean. we stayed during the Hurricane and Mary made sure we safe and well looked after. would definitely come back.

the mom and the daughter who run the place are AWESOME. I would go back just to see them . mom makes you a massive home made breakfast in the morning. rooms were super clean . It was my birthday and they had a big bouquet of balloons when I arrived !!! so so sweet. also hot tub and fireplace in room were lovely !

Very nice accommodation, perfectly clean, very welcoming. The breakfast was cleverly organized due to COVID, good cooked breakfast. The hosts are lovely, very helpful with good advises during the stay. As specific COVID restrictions applied to visit PEI, hosts sent me all necessary information before the visit. I greatly appreciated as I was not aware of those restrictions. I will definitely come here again if I return to Charlottetown , I highly recommend this accommodation.

I wondered if there was enough parking places, but I always found a free place, so it was no problem.

So much to like: Great family--strong customer oriented values at every turn--bonuses out the kazoo but that's their choice in deciding so shhh--breakfast reliable--maybe a choice of entree rather than one for the day, but again lots of extras--room was perfect--appointments throughout thoughtful and impressive-- the name is a little hyperbolic as in not exactly ON the harbour-- but no biggie--love the bubble gum as a temptation-- such a great warm dedicated family---
