Eclectic Love, the recommended breakfast spot exceeded expectations also. Food was delicious and service was attentive and friendly.

I was birding at Point Pelee, so the location was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the street was quiet. I have no complaints. Thanks for a great stay!

Not enough counter space for toiletries or personal items. Just a suggestion for the room - provide a larger table space for a suitcase/bag, as the small dresser and the sink counter didn't provide a lot of space to store personal items. Not a huge issue, but thought I'd provide the feedback. Also, the television was really small and very few channels to choose from. Not really worth having it in the room.

Lovely house, very quiet, near cemetery so good for birds. Staff was very good.

The building was beautiful and well kept. The room and bedding were very comfy.

4pm check in felt very late, I would have liked an earlier option.

The room was a good size & bathroom well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. We did not have any of the snacks, but there were several offered to purchase. Nice seating area on the main floor. The whole place was very clean.

There was no breakfast offered, not even milk for tea. The creamers in the bedrooms were for coffee, not good in Tea. The room may have had a theme, but very little surface space for the guests. A small desk would have been nice. Needs curtains to cut out all street lighting, the blinds did not cut it.

The rooms were very clean and well stocked with amenities. The availability of a kitchen was convenient.

The building has very poor sound insulation, so whether you have a good night sleep is entirely dependent on how considerate your neighbours are. Unfortunately for us, our neighbours decided to host a loud gathering starting at 1:30AM and kept the entire house up for several hours due to the poor sound insulation. My party had a very poor sleep which meant we weren’t well rested for our long drive home the next day. The inn also doesn’t offer 24 hour reception, which means you don’t have a way to deal with noise complaints except through directly confronting a potentially drunk/already belligerent group of people yourself. On our first night, the heating was turned off which also made for a very uncomfortable stay. For this inn, you’d really be rolling the dice on whether you have a comfortable stay because of the nature of the building.

The self-serve virtual hotel offered the best of a bed and breakfast with all the convenience of a hotel. The house was clean and easy to find. Our room was a bit small, but very comfortable. Free coffee was a nice, unexpected perk.
