This hotel is right in the middle of a shopping zone. Everything is within walking distance and makes it much easier than having to drive around and constantly pay for parking in Chicago.
No breakfast.

I like that its location is close to everything and it was clean also.
The king bed was too small and so uncomfortable.

Location was great. We are given an early check in as we arrived on an early flight.
There was no meal option but it was not a deal breaker as there were many restaurants near the hotel

El manager nocturno muy rudo. No viene especificado un cargo de 250 dólares de hold en la tarjeta y grosero que si no me parecía no era para.mi.
El día viernes en la noche empezó a oler a marihuana de repente en el cuarto ..No fumo ni fumare ni cigarro. No pudieron detectar ni de dónde.venia el olor..Nos cambiaron de piso y cuarto pero.no.hubo.compensacion . Y el depósito.en hold.no ha sido regresado ..

Extremely well located.
Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, excellent air conditioning and heating system, room was well maintained.
I managed to sleep well, which is not something I say too often.
Excellent service of luggage storage on our last day, easy and free of charge!
no big deals:
- room was missing towels when we arrived.
- when we asked for hair conditioner, zip ties for luggage or a corkscrew to borrow when the bar was closed, reception couldn't provide any
- my room was close to the elevator, so I woke up a few times with its door dinging

Excelente relación calidad-precio.
La ubicación y las instalaciones son buenas.
A pesar de ser pequeña, la cama es cómoda. La habitación se limpia todos los días sin necesidad de pedirlo.

El tamaño de la cama es pequeño para dos personas en la habitación estándar.
La habitación tiene radiadores y aire. Los radiadores no se pueden controlar, el aire se puede ajustar pero si calienta mucho si lo pones a una temperatura alta.
Preferiría el típico cartel de "Limpiar habitación / no molestar" en vez de que el personal de limpieza llamase a la puerta de la habitación para preguntar.

The esthetic of the hotel
The room was to small, sink was broken, there were nails sticking out of the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom, the fridge didn’t work and the valet people were rude.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé le long de la Michigan Avenue dans le secteur du Magnificent Mile. Depuis l'hôtel, la grande majorité des curiosités de Chicago sont accessibles à distance de marche. Pour les zones plus éloignées, la station de métro "Chicago" (red line) se trouve à environ 10 min de marche. Pour se rendre au Lincoln Park (zoo), le bus 151 part depuis l'arrêt situé à côté de l'hôtel.
L'hébergement est propre, mention spéciale pour la salle de bain impeccablement entretenue. Les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement.
Tout l'équipement nécessaire est disponible dans la chambre : airco/chauffage, coffre-fort, tv écran plat, penderie, frigo, nécessaire pour le café/thé, fer à repasser.
Le personnel de la réception est très courtois et disponible.
La décoration de la chambre commence à dater, il est temps de remplacer le papier-peint et la moquette. Visuellement, l'hôtel équivaut davantage à un établissement trois étoiles.

Un día había condones usados en la puerta de mi pieza. Nadie más se estaba alojando en el ala donde estábamos nosotros. Al mencionarlo en la recepción no tomaron en cuenta la queja, prometieron averigüar respecto a lo sucedido y contactarme posteriormente, pero nada. En general el personal (con ciertas excepciones como el personal de aseo), no eran muy amables.

何より立地がよく、シカゴ市内はホテルを中心に歩いて行ける感じで、仕事前日に到着して、1日観光まで行けて大変満足できるでした。
ホテル内の雰囲気も古き良き感じでスタッフも皆丁寧で安心して泊まれました。清潔感も高い感じです。
冬場は夜が冷えました。プランケットを頼んでなんとか耐えられました。おそらく暖房の効きが遅く、暖かくなりにくいのではと思います。
コーヒーサーバーは中を見たら使いたくなくなりました。近くにスタバがあるので特に問題はなかったです。

Mi estancia en el Hotel Allerton fue excepcional. Desde la cálida bienvenida hasta la impecable limpieza y la atención detallada del personal, cada aspecto superó mis expectativas. Las habitaciones elegantes y cómodas crearon un ambiente acogedor, y la ubicación céntrica hizo que explorar la ciudad fuera conveniente. Sin duda, una experiencia memorable que recomendaría a cualquier viajero.

Air wasn't working. We got to the hotel about 12:30am after a hockey game and going out. When we told the front counter person she didn't even care and immediately told us it was our fault because we didn't tell her. She didn't ask if we told anyone or what the situation was. Rude and cranky. Will not return. Sad as we've stayed here 3 or 4 times and every time gets worse and worse

Bâtiment magnifique des années 20. Emplacement idéal : il est possible de visiter le centre de Chicago à pied sans aucune difficulté. Commerces, restos à proximité immédiate. Mention spéciale pour deep dish pizza chez Giordano's à 300 mètres. Junior suite très, très confortable, spacieuse, des rangements, un mini frigo, canapé et fauteuil, bureau avec chaise, cafetière. Surclassement pour 20$/jour par rapport à une chambre classique pendant notre séjour, largement vaut la peine.
Chambre soit disant avec vue, au dixième étage c'était assez limité. Peut-être plus haut c'est plus spectaculaire.

Die Lage ist top, Preis Leistungs Verhältnis wirklich super, man hat ein großes Zimmer und es riecht angenehm! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch die Lobby wunderschön und schick! Zu Fuß kann man direkt zur Flanierstraße und man fühlt sich rundum wohl!

the property is in a great location. it’s a 5 min walk to the subway, there’s lot of cheap eats around and some more expensive ones to. subway is two stops from the loop.
the room was cleaned once. it wasn’t a major issue but also reflected in the cost. the closest priced property was £300 extra so it’s amazing value for money
