The hotel was quiet. Good location.

The Lady on front desk was rude, she said I am lying. No umbrella in the pool. I have to paid for the shair in the beach, most of the hotel are included.

Hotel rooms are dated, balcony view is lovely but there is a loud sound from the air conditioning unit when out there.

This place had balconies for every single room, the valet employees were so attentive and the place was very clean.

The toilets never stopped running which made it hard to sleep

I have now stayed at this resort a total of 6 times. Alone. With family. And then as a girls trip. It is perfect distance to airport. About 25 mins. Walking distance to a grocery, pizza shop , liquor store , etc. about 10 mins away from pompano beach pier walk way and 5 min drive from the pier. You can rent umbrellas and chairs , I went kayaking as well Restaurant on hand but haven’t tried it. And there is a bar and beach service last time I went ! It’s my perfect little get away spot. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I truly can’t think of anything (and I have tried so this can be a fair review !) I enjoy it.

The staff was very friendly. The valet guys in the day time was awesome. The ones in the evenings weren't too friendly. It was easy access to the beach.

The hotel is very outdated. The room doors and light fixtures is rusted and wasn't appealing to even take pics.

Nice hotel overall. The staff were all very nice, the room was clean and comfortable.

Wi-Fi is extremely slow, the restaurant and bar is a bit on the expensive side.

Pool area and tiki bar were great. The bartender Ollie was top notch and provided excellent customer service!

Woke up to the owner telling us we had to pack our things and leave, no explanations no warnings what so ever. When asked what we hid he said "this is my hotel I don't have to explain anything to you kids" refused to give us our money back and overall worst place you could ever stay. Scam Artist owner

The facility location. Security on site to make sure only hotel guests used the pool. Concierge storing luggage as no early check in.

The room cleaning was not well done, hard surface floors did not get cleaned with a good cleaner, not just a swiffer; Rug cleanliness was suspect too. Windows could use some cleaning, too. Restaurant was not as good as in the past. Facility could use some updating lots of areas starting to show their age. Rooms could have used another comfortable seating furniture. Front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced when checking in.

Construction on the building to the north was more annoying than the 24 hour droning of the HVAC chillers poolside of the building to the south.

The outdoor amenities, pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, lounging area and of course the beach were great. It was nice to have the jet ski rental right on the beach too. Wife and I both thought the bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable for what we got.

The room we stayed in needed remodeling. The carpet, furniture and fixtures needed updating and the inside lobby needed a face lift. The restaurant, was not inviting which is unfortunate because there wasn't many places nearby for a good meal and because of the appeal of the restaurant, we didn't even go in and look at the menu.

They charge A LOT for NOTHING to be included with your stay besides towels. This is a hotel/resort. Every hotel or resort I have stayed at provides complementary breakfast at the very LEAST. After paying $5,000 to stay they for a week that have been something they should have provided to make the stay more enjoyable for their guests. Also, for that price you can’t even have a beach chair unless you want to spend an arm and a leg to do so. I expected much more put of this stay other then a bed to sleep on.

Older building bathroom is quite small shower water doesn't get that hot.and construction was going on next door at near by condo so doing the day was loud...

You should get more for your money in the restaurant.
