Good price-quality relationship and very well located, right behind the Dolby Theatre. Highly spaced bedroom, with confortable beds and nice shower. Breakfast employee Patricia was awesome! Very friendly and efficient while serving the meals.

Breakfast could include more diversified food, namely cheese, ham, eggs and yogurts.

Great location! Right by Chinese theater and Walk of Fame, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Universal Studios was a short drive away. Staff was great, very helpful, and Patricia who serves breakfast was wonderful! Her waffles were delicious and she treated you like family. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. We would definitely stay there again!

Can use some updating, like more outlets and more lighting, but these are very minor issues! Would have loved if they offered liquid/flavored creamer for coffee (rather than milk or powder packets) as well as fresh fruit with breakfast. Parking lot was very small and tight, but we were able to get a spot most days, and the one time it was full the front desk staff parked it for us in their back up parking lot and then parked it back in the main parking lot the next day.

Great customer service and good to have a free breakfast - rooms dated but comfortable.

The area of Hollywood Blvd isn’t actually that great as a tourist. I’d reccomend other parts of LA.

The Belgian waffles were good, but the server was excellent. She talked to everyone and made us feel like old friends. She was efficient with waffles, bagels, and toast. Very pleasant!

The parking was tight, but the front desk clerk, Alvin, took care of my car when there was no available parking in the lot.

Two king bed in two separate room, which is perfect for me and teen to stay in. My son lost something important and they found it and mailed to us after confirming via phone, we really appreciate.

Nice botique hotel. Central location but got a little noisy at nights. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast lady, Patricia, went above and beyond to satisfy us. The waffles were one of the best we have ever had. Patricia was defenitely the "celebrity" at the celebrity hotel.

The neighborhood is a bit noisy at night and it seemed like the windows let all the noice in.

There should be a ramp out the frount not in the carpark out the back. Too much to climb the steps with 9 suitcases

We stayed at room 102 which is beside the staff room, very close to reception area, and dining area. Kind of noisy.

I loved the location, got us from point A to point B. Room was clean, staff was great so a certain extent.

Power was out from 3p.m to the next morning till 6 a.m. no back up generator for the power, rooms were cold and dark, upsetting because for us traveler's we couldn't charge phones, tablet no t.v etc.. didn't even offer a credit for the day in a half for no power

The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd, Groman's Chinese, the Dolby theater, etc as well as Universal Studios was a 10 minute drive - our next destination. The breakfast was.better than expected and had a staff person help serve. The parkingat $16.50 was the best I've ever seen! Although it was a block away. Had nice enough kitchen equipment, and we liked that the beds were in 2 different rooms.

Bedroom was dated, very small bathroom. We asked for a quiet room and got one at the top of the stairs (102) that had sound from the lobby below and the street. And someone who got locked out was banging on the front door around 11 pm just below our room which went on for a long time
