The property was close to universal studios and the walk of fame. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The front desk manager was very nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The parking around the property was almost nonexistent and the under ground parking was very tight. The automatic gate should’ve notified the driver that the gate swings out toward your car and up or maybe the front desk should’ve let us know. The gate hit the front of my car. Fortunately, my husband was with me because I don’t think I would’ve been able to drive in or out of this parking garage. the driveway was steep. luckily, we didn’t have a shell on the top of our small suv. The room we had was clean and suitable for what we needed. Unfortunately the designated smoking area was in the stairwell right in front of our room. Other guests were up all night smoking and talking out in the hallway and stairwell and my room smelled like smoke every time someone lite up. I called to ask if the smoking area could be moved because it was as not to code. The front desk stated he talked to the guests but the smoking area was not moved because the maintenance staff was not available. I did not sleep well so we chose to check out and found a much nicer place to stay in Glendale at the Vagabond it was a longer drive but felt so much safer and comfortable.

Das Zimmer roch muffig und nass. Ohne Klimaanlage war trotz kühler Außentemperatur nicht an schlafen zu denken. Die Klimaanlage war unglaublich laut. Ich habe leider nicht schlafen können. Das Hotel sollte modernisiert werden.

How close it was the walk of fame ok neighborhood.

The front desk employee was polite but everytime we asked for something ( we had to ask we would walk to front desk wouldn’t even look up till we said excuse me) it was like we were inconveniencing them having to stop scrolling on their phone to help us. The parking can be very confusing and the employee just explained super fast like if I was familiar with the area. The pool was outdated. The breakfast is just waffles and cereal and they’re a man in there making the waffles kinda awkward.
