I had money stolen from my room when the staff moved me from a filthy room to a lesser filthy room. A large jar of coins mostly quarters worth over $150.00!

Loud unruly guests in nearby rooms waking us throughout the night

Good location to my work. Clean, although used linens and furnishings. Comfortable bed. Responsive staff.

The first two nights of my four night stay, the room next to me held occupants who screamed obscenities at each other and the next night there was a loud party that woke me up at 1:30 a.m! I finally requested a move to a quieter area of the property and slept like a baby for the last two nights.

Conveniently located!! The staff was great. I had a very long drive and the room was nice the bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed to really relax after a 10 hour drive!!!

Nothing

The room was smoky. Most of all I had to endure a couple fighting until 4:30 in the morning. Yelling at each other , throwing things around. Inside and outside of there room. Slamming the door. It was so miserable. I was scared and so fatigued. I had to get up and go to a new job with Red blood shot eyes. I called down to the front desk several times and they apologized but it never got better. Never stay at a low budget hotel on El Camino again! I thought Best Western was a family place or took care of safety. Never again.
