I have stayed here a few times for business. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. Breakfast are always good too.

Reception gave us a key for the wrong room (310 vs. 210), which led us to open a room that was occupied by someone. So that was awkward. That and only one elevator was working, which I was told by another guest that it had been that way for sometime. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely be back.

We liked this IHG Holiday Inn Express but we would like to make a few suggestions for a better experience.
The beds are very comfortable and we thought the room was laid out nicely.
The refrigerator makes a lot of noise and it kept waking up my wife during the night. Please buy a new one! The TV was a 32" Sharp flat screen, had only 720p and was probably 10 years old. Please buy Samsung or LG 40" 1080p flat screens, you can get them at Costco for $300.
The included breakfast was erratic, it was mediocre on Saturday but they were better on Sunday. FYI, the scrambled eggs (Sat.) were overcooked but the mini-omelettes with cheese (Sunday) were great.
Aside from these minor annoying things, we enjoyed our stay here.

Two days before check in I tried to change the dates and they refused saying nothing be changed on cancelled now (even though the mail from Expedia clearly said I had until the evening of checkin to make changes with a fee).
So I stick to my schedule and when I go to check in, I was told my room is cancelled! I was literally stranded in the middle of the night with my wife and kids without a room! They could have told us that they were overbooked earlier so I could have made alternative accommodation. I had to book another bad hotel paying 2x price on the same night to avoid staying on the road!
Very frustrating and disappointing experience in my life. ☹️

This property was very clean and quiet and the bed and bedding were fresh and comfortable, which in my opinion is the most important aspect. The lobby was nice and there were good breakfast choices. I checked in around 9 p.m. and the proprietor was a bit gruff, even when I tried to engage in friendly conversation. Perhaps it was a miscommunication, but when I said I liked being up on the 3rd floor, he gave me a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor, which was fine, but an odd thing to do. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t question it. The breakfast area staff and daytime front desk personnel were friendly. I like the Country Inn & Suites nearby better.

Overall property is good and quiet and they changed sheets and cleaned every day for our 4 night stay. Breakfast choice is limited but it’s ok. They had outdated TV and have no premium channels and stuck to live tv and tubi. But overall stay is good and nothing exceptional.

The advertisement on the internet said it was 9 mi from Pacifica. It was not, it was more than a half hour away near the San Francisco airport. Airport. Hotel was fine but hotels.com lies. I don't appreciate it.

When we first walked into the building you could immediately smell the cleanliness of the building. The room was also very clean, and the bed was the best part. So comfy! Only thing I’d recommend is fixing the shower. It tends to leak out and make a mess on the floor. Other than that, awesome stay!

We chise this property for it's proximity to highway access and distance to/from airport. It was incredibly clean and quiet. The only downfall was the breakfast offerings. They left A LOT to be desired, but there are several restaurants in the area that make up for what lacks in the hotel offering.
***BONUS*** If youre a late sleeper, the housekeeping staff is around and can refresh your room later in the day.

The hotel was decent for the price. The rooms were nice and dated. The perks of staying here is the free breakfast, parking, and location wise it’s a convenient drive to SF.
