Breakfast, staff, fridge didn’t work , no microwave in room, key card wouldn’t work half the time

The hotel takes from me a deposit 50 dollars for each room and then didn’t return it back to my card.and this it’s a second time I have a same problem

Desk personnel, some of them are not kind nor servicial. They need to work on customer service 1st floor smell to weed (drug) Breakfast use only plastic dishes, forks, etc.

I am disgusted with this hotel. I forgot two aluminum water bottles in the room. I called 20 minutes after my check out and they told me the bottle was there, I informed them that I was at the disney park and at the end of the day I would pick up the bottles, but when I got there they were not disrespectful to customers

the hotel it’s located in a good area, all the parks are close.

Not a thing! so disappointing.

The woman with the dark hair at the front counter was very rude to customers and very unprofessional. The hotel room was dirty hair under the sheets of my bed, the rugs smelled, my A/C was stuck on high all night so we were cold all night because we didn’t want to get under the covers and not to mention I paid over the price I was given in my Email. Worst experience at a hotel in my life never again will I stay there or recommend that facility at anyone else!!!

the only good thing about this property is the location; however I’m sure there are plenty of other hotels that are just as close if not closer

it is on the corner of a very busy intersection and lots of traffic which made it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot

the location is very good and the pool is very nice rooms are good for the price you’re paying nice breakfast

the reception staff are not nice at all they have a lot of attitude. i asked one of the time for the time of departure of the shuttle and she did not reply but turned to me the sign that says it. could be a lot nicer

location was perfect! soooo close to universal and icon park!

The location was perfect...the front desk staff was nice

The room seemed smaller than what was pictured. The TV didn't get alot of channels and was flickering alot. The pillows were small not the standard size pillow

The front desk clerk was excellent. Helpful and informative, unlike any other Orlando hotel I've used.

The pillows were subpar. Had to fold over one to put it under another in order to find comfort.
