To be clear, we booked at Lotus Loft, but were upgraded to the Urban Den, which included parking. The hostess who met us, Margaret, was a gem. Her instructions were clear and she offered several great tips for our consideration. The apartment was clean, neat and comfortable and the location EXCELLENT! The double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. I cannot speak for the pull-out bed used by the kids but they had no complaints. The location was exceptional! Within walking distance to virtually all of the best sights in downtown Victoria. We would DEFINITELY go back.

Wonderful location right in Chinatown downtown Vict oria- parking on the street is free from 6 pm to 9 am. Had washer:dryer, full kitchen, very contemporary.

Sofa bed was not comfortable for 2 adults.

Wonderful location in Chinatown, easy walking distance to all attractions, and in a very trendy neighbourhood. Felt very safe with our three young children. Apartment spacious and very clean with nearly everything we needed. Lovely comfy bed and furnishings

The fridge broke just before we arrived. This happens and manager apologised and gave us 5% discount. Other main issue was we couldn’t get lock to outside balcony to work which was obviously a problem with young children on the 5th storey. I’m sure manager would have fixed if we complained, she was very nice, but as it was a short stay we didn’t bother.

Comfortable, spotless, convenient.

Location, location, location. Everything else was great as well.
