Room had cockroaches. Went I advised the desk lady just shruggled like its expected. Images look like nice old home, its not, its far out and rooms are a complex at back, and dirty.

The location was fantastic. There's a streetcar station just outside the property which will take you straight to Bourbon St. in about 15 minutes. Due to a late change in plans, I had to make a second separate booking to add an extra night at a reasonable cost, but the staff made it so I didn't have to check out and recheck in.

The first room we were checked into had a window above the door with no covering, so people on the second floor could peer into my room 24/7. I resorted to covering with paper towels and tape. The floorboards were coming off and they tried covering it with a rug, which was old and very dirty. It did not have a remote. The shower is also one of those where it is no full splash guard, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. What really broke our back was the shower would not drain fast enough. The staff did not seem to believe me and when one of them came to check, he ran the tap for 5 seconds, then went back to the manager and told her he "fixed" it, despite doing literally nothing. Eventually, we had to have the manager just see for herself and only then did she let us switch rooms. There was another staff person (I believe a maintenance worker) who, twice, kept knocking on my door despite the do-not-disturb. The second time, he tried to open the door without my permission and was only stopped by the door swing guard. The location is nice, but I would recommend you find another property, especially given the price.

The hot tub but just small

Staff was rude and not helpful Room was out dated, missing shower door, chair , sink was stopped up , faucet on tub was not mounted to wall , crack under the door

Price for one night was a bit high, when the set up is basically like a motel.

Convenient to the cruise port

Could have been cleaner. Door facings and baseboards very dirty. Profanity written on the wall that had been poorly painted over.

The pool, that it was pet friendly, location, staff was wonderful, the beds.

The fitness room, the shower in the bathroom.

The property, facilities and room accommodations were beyond expectations.

The shower needed a place to hold our soap, that was the only issue about the entire experience. It’s not a deal breaker, we’ll be back.

Great location for restaurants close by and a seafood restaurant next to the hotel.There is a nice bagel place down the street and excellent food on Magazine Street. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time in the pool which was cleaned daily. Nice lobby with cold water available to quench one's thirst. Room was quiet. I never heard guests in the room upstairs.

My bed was elevated too high making it difficult to climb into. Might have worked if i was 6 feet tall. There was rust on the bedside lights and dresser was well worn. Caulking and trim in the bathroom looked like it was not done by a professional. Breakfast was uninspiring but at least it was available on site.

Very good location, close to tramway. Downtown within 15 minutes which is great. Parking available (chargeable), Nice pool. Good beds and good room size. Good breakfast & Wifi. Neighborhood wasn't too bad. Good balance price/location compared to other Hotels.

This hotel is a bit worn out and could be renovated a bit. AC was not super efficient in our room. Pool OK but not as clean as we would expect.

We had the 2 bedroom suite the view was beautiful the location of the hotel was awesome and the staff was remarkable.

Pay to park and no air in the rooms only in the living room

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Room was well equipped.

Some maintenance needs: bathroom door didn't close, no curtain on the window over the door.

Loved that it was like a resort. Felt safe and was handy to the tram, right across the road. Car parking was good, cost $25 a night but the hotel itself was very reasonable so we didnt mind paying. If you couldnt park at the motel they had a carpark across the road that they locked at night. Great restaurant right next door and lots of fast food within metres. Pool was fantastic, bed was brilliant. The area wasnt the greatest but you are fenced in and have security its like being in a nice resort. Would def. Stay there again if we ever go back to Nola.

We had a great stay at this location. It was beautiful, quite, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 🙌

The beds were perfect with more than enough plush pillows. The room was clean. The large flat screen television has such an amazing picture. And the pool area is one of the best !!

Room furniture a little out- dated .The old look made it look dirty but it was clean. Outlets didn't work. Remote control (for TV) barely worked.

This was by far one of the best traveling experiences we’ve had. We had to check in super late due to flight delays. Mr. Jesse was no less accommodating had we arrived during prime time hours. He was a gracious always smiling host, offering suggestions, directions and deals around the city. He treated us likes family. When we checked out Kiwanda was equally pleasant, smiling and courteous. She let us store our items in a closet until we left for airport. We will choose to stay at this property for all our future visits. P.S the Trolly that runs right in front of the hotel 24/7 into French Quarter is the icing on the cake.

Great location and lovely pool rooms very good and clean

They never told us that payment was being taken from our bank card and that caused the bank to get in touch with us as I hadnt approved it. Also they took extra security monrey which would be refunded on our departure this also wasn't told to us. On leaving we were then told we hadnt paid for 1 of the rooms a few cross words were exchanged and I actually showed her my bank account to prove that it had been paid .... no apology from her
