cold rooms

Location was fine breakfast was fine,

prefer not to eat breakfast with others wearing their Pajamas. Customers leave cups and mess at every turn in that lobby. Apparently acceptable of the environment and no staff to forever be picking up after everyone. Pillow cases smell of old body odor. Pool and hot tub not working which was the main reason for booking the location.

we liked the comfy beds the pool and the breakfast the staff was great

I didn’t like the food crumbs I found when I opened the hide a bed

Was a fun stay for the kids to enjoy the pool and waterslides.

Some of the water features in the pool did not work. Room rates were inconsistent. I had to advise staff of this at check in which they said they would fix. At check out rates were wrong again (higher) than what I booked online. Long line at check in and check out, one employee was doing her best to keep a flow going while another did nothing but natter in her ear about a honeymoon suite being booked for the next day, she did nothing to assist a long line of customers waiting...very unprofessional.

Room was nice

upon check in the staff informed us that our room was not clean yet so we had to wait for an hour before the room was finally finished. We had a wedding to get to and they couldn’t care a less, they did nothing for this poor service (offer a discount, room upgrade, a voucher) nothing. the front staff was short and not helpful.

was very noisy and the morning buffet was very good we had to leave hotel for breakfast

clean and modern

little to no water pressure. No restaurant. to far from anything and the staff was in my opinion unfriendly

Bed was beyond comfortable

Hot tub was too hot and main pool was very cold

For myself it was good. For my husband he was disappointed with cold eggs and sausage and the toast was burnt and the butter was cold.

Warmer meal for my spouse but for myself I was happy with a muffin and yougart and coffee
