Check in was easy, (Ill discuss more on this later). SPRINGHILL offers a little snack area, with all kinds of goodies and drinks love that little touch! Dont worry if you forget something, they may have it. The room was nice and clean. The a/c work wonderfully, we actually had to turn the heater on for a while because we got to cold. The halls were nice and clean, there wasn't any noise we heard. The shower was huge, and water pressure was great. The suite, was very nice, cute living room with its own tv, vanity area was nice to get ready at while someone else was in the shower, they are separated. Great lighting in the whole space. The king size bed was comfy,pillows were super soft, the beds and bedding were nice and clean. We stayed on the 1st floor down from check in as well as the breakfast area. The breakfast area was super nice lots of seating and places to hang out. Love that!! The pool is beautiful, although it's not very big it's a beautiful area. Plenty of tables and chairs out to enjoy the night air. Check out was nice and quick, great customer service.

We had a few hick-ups. Monday when we got there At check in we were told we would have a $40.00 hold but parking would go towards that if we didn't have any other accidentals leaving us to owe 26.00 at the end of our stay. (Parking is $28.00 a day as of Nov 2024) I agreed to that. I later noticed that a additional $50.00 was pending. I went to the front desk and explained my concern. The girls at the desk assured me that this situation would be looked into, and it was the $40.00 hold was removed and a $50.00 hold was applied...ok cool leaving me to owe 16.00 for parking. I am currently waiting to see how this all plays out on my bank statement. ***keep a eye on your bank accounts*** Tuesday morning we went to have breakfast. There was scrambled eggs(powdered kind), bacon, cereal, milk, hot oatmeal and they offered different items to mix in,1 kind of yogurt, they also had toast,bagels and muffins. Sadly they had waffle irons but they were not working. I would have loved to have had a good hot waffle. They did offer oj, apple juice, coffee and water. Wednesday morning, they served egg and cheese omelets (prepackaged) as well as (prepackaged)waffles the size of a mini pancake, cereal,oatmeal, toast. The oj and apple juice was out so water it was. I would liked to see fresh fruits out, maybe even a variety of yogurts to mix in fresh berries. Or maybe things to make a breakfast burrito, There was a variety of different things to eat but nothing had flavor.. Sadly.

Variety of hot cooked breakfast items. It was kept stocked. The sitting area was nice so we didn’t feel cramped.

Breakfast was too crowded on the weekends.would like a little later breakfast on the week days. There was no syrup the entire 5 day stay for waffles. Coffee was always just warm, not hot. TV did not work in the bedroom but just watched the working tv in the sitting room. There was a financial mistake on the hotels part but they corrected it as promised. However; if I would not have caught it, I would have received a sucker punch.

La atención del personal y las instalaciones. baño inseguro y dela 4 días solo hicieron aseo una sola vez súper mal. No volvería a hospedarme
