Très bonne localisation en plein quartier Art Déco de Miami ; la plage est à 300 mètres et il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel
rien de particulier, l'hôtel est ancien (logique), j'imagine que pendant les week-ends, il peut il y avoir du bruit, mais c'est le quartier qui veut ça.

Very old furniture, room is dark with tiny bathroom. Cleaning under acceptable level, very dirty room. Problem with safe- box but fixed next day. To expensive for so small and dirty room with furniture from 1950.

The location was great.
In room 356, the lights went off, so I did not have lighting in the bathroom or tv. I called the front desk and they said I need to wait until tomorrow for the electrician I also to come fix it. The bathroom was too small and there was no security safe. The staff had to keep reprogramming the key cards. There was hair over the “clean” towels. The rooms had an odor. The floor was slippery. I also have video of the lights not working. I booked rooms 351, 356, and 360. Room 351 had a bigger tv and bathroom then 356 and 360. This was a disaster of a hotel…
I booked for July 27th through July 31th. We paid too much money for this type of hotel…

The location and the free breakfast voucher for 2 that was offered right there in the lobby/porch area.
The beds were awful it was like sleeping on concrete wrapped in plastic. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was only 3 inches between the wall on the front of the toilet bowl.

Other not getting the more expensive room that I reserved and being overcharged for the room I received, the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly yet unable to rectify the issue that I had.
I was pretty upset that I paid extra to get a King bed with an Oceanview. Once at the hotel, the only room available was at the back of the property, a queen bed with NO Oceanview. I attempted that night to have the issue resolved yet was told my original room was not available. The next day I wanted a refund in difference for the $40 price difference for the previous night a moved into the correct room my next night. Neither booking.com or the hotel was provided my refund and I was not even moved to the correct room the next night. I ended up pay $40 extra for a room I never got! To this day, neither booking.com or the hotel has rectified the matter. My stay would have been very good except I paid a total of $80 extra for something I never got! A week after returning home and all my escalations to both booking.com and the hotel went unanswered. The Attorneys General office in Florida appears to be my only solution to getting my $80 difference in room price.

The staff said breakfast wasn’t included and booking had to send them an email for them to give the two free breakfast. Only select items are free and not even milk is free. Lady that works front desk there in the morning is very rude.
Some of the staff were very nice. Location is great but the rooms are super small and bed is uncomfortable

I love the location! Walk out and South Beach and all it has to over is in walking or bike distance. The cafe food was good.
THE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK! Extremely firm, like sleeping on a bed of bricks!!! Found roaches. The valet is ridiculous! for $32 per day, it took 20 - 30 minutes or more to get the car.

The location was perfect for us. Still in the classic South Beach scene without being RIGHT in the middle. The building is old, but clean and the majority of things are updated. Breakfast was one of three pre-selected options served at the restaurant downstairs; breakfast lasted until noon which also gave a lot of options. Super close to the beach. Beach towel check outs were available.
I asked for an ocean facing room and got what I asked for! I would caution others that ocean facing is also closest to the noise.
Because of the building age, slamming doors in the hallway was a regular occurrence.

The only thing to like about this hotel is the location!
It was not possible to work because WIFI was terrible! And down a whole day!

When i booked I payed for breakfast for my family but when we checked in Lily at the front desk was quick to tell me that the hotel only provided breakfast for 2 people! So if you are a family of 4,- only 2 people get breakfast!
Location was great but thats the only plesent experince we had at that *hotel* wich honestly is more like a shabby MOTEL.
They painted a brown bench on second floor. My son age 16 touched it ( due to the fact that it didnt say #PAINTED/ DONT TOUCH" My son_s favorite red Jordan pants got destroyed and T shirt.
When we adressed this to Lily at the fron desk and asked if they could kindly replace his pants. I was told that the bench was not suppoes to be sat on. So it was our fault! My son just wanted his 25 bucks (as he googled up his pants) to buy some new Jordans pants but we could forget about that!
We tried to explain that the pants and T shirt where already destroyed BEFORE he had a chanse to sit down ,- because he lend over and got brown paint all over him! I could send an email to the manager but he wasnt interested in talking to me and Lily didnt even wanna give my oldest son an extra breakfast for the trouble.
I litterly felt like i was in a shabby motel in a dirty ghetto some where! We moved one block further down to BACON HOTEL wich thank god was a very plesent suprise The service, kindness and beayty we got inside that hotel saved the whole trip! I didnt get the money back ofcourse from Majestic ,- but it was worth every penny to get out of there! NEVER AGAIN! :)

Great value, a great location for a very last minute booking. Also, the free breakfast was crucial as we hung out the night before and needed sustenance the next morning. It was a real breakfast too.

Absolutely nothing!
Where do I begin? Staff was rude, especially where they serve breakfast. The reataurant is not affiliated to hotel so they treat guests like crap with only ordering only 3 types of breakfast nothing else unless you pay extra, one of the waitors had the nerve to say if i wanted refills on coffee i'd have to pay extra - WTH. The room was dirty, the coffee machine was disgusting. Everyone gave misleading information at the front desk. Until now i dont understand what the $19 extra fee was, for beach towels? They have no pool, no complimentary beach chairs, honestly i just really feel jipped. The $ i spent was not worth it AT ALL.

Literally right across the street from beach, very walkable location, everything you need is close by, restaurants, clubs, bars, gyms, convenience stores all within a block or two. Free breakfast included at the hotel’s restaurant, pretty good value.
check in is pretty late (4pm), however you can drop off luggage at reception (for free) and come back at check in if you get there too early. room was a bit on the smaller side, however as a single it was more than enough for a night.

It was a nightmare: water leaks in the room, an unbearable smell, no reception. And after paying for 11 days almost $2,000 the refund (I did not receive yet) was not even $1,300
