Very cosy and relaxing place to stay. The facilities were amazing!

Loved the location! It was close to everything! There was a grocery store and coffee shop a block away as well as shops and restaurants just down the street. The hotel provided free parking and free bus passes. They had a pool as well as two hot tubs that were open late in the evenings.

The walls were a little thin, so if you could hear noisy neighbors.

The location of our room was like we were in the basement. I feel like the front desk should be more aware when placing couples, tour groups and families in "sections" We were a couple in the mix of it all in the basement ;(

Comfortable beds, nice rooms, excellent roof hot tub 🛁. Absolutely awesome view! Location was exceptional.

Front desk was not overly friendly. Housekeeping was adequate but not exceptional.

Everyone was so nice and attentive. If we ever needed anything, they had it brought up to our room within 5 minutes. We thought the breakfast and room service was amazing! Especially the goat cheese and mushroom eggs Benedict. We would recommend staying here to anyone and would look to rebook here if we ever come back! Also they provide you with Roam bus tickets which were awesome for visiting the hot spring and gondola. Can’t forget the rooftop hot tub either. Amazing views.

Great location! Room was beautiful and the fireplace was a bonus!

At check in they said they would place a hold of $100 on credit card for incidentals but they actually put a hold of $300-$50 a night of your stay.
