Central location, Chillis restaurant and hot tub
Dated furniture. Really fat pillows that strained the neck. Sofa could use an upgrade

Small rooms, they hold pending on our bank account for way too long, it’s been 3 weeks now!

Great location, suite fits a family of four perfectly. Nice sauna and grotto-like hot tub. Staff are friendly and helpful. Underground parking is a little squishy but nice to have for access to the hotel, street parking also available.

The suite itself was quaint and enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view.
We enjoyed our experience although we are not used to paying that much for a room We felt it was well worth it.

I didn't have breakfast there.
I am disappointed that breakfast was no longer included with our stay. It stated it on the hotel website it was included, but when going for breakfast, found out it was not included. For over $300 per night for a stingy little room, the least they could do was at least include breakfast like they used to. Won't be staying on a long weekend ever again since they doubled the cost compared to a normal weekend. Also, not happy that people stole alcohol from our room. At least they compensated us somewhat for the trouble.

Good location, just a short walk from the restaurants and shops. Helpful staff, good breakfast options and easy pick up for tours right outside the hotel.
The bar closed at 10pm on weekdays.

I was exceptionally surprised and pleased with how management upgraded my room and waved the fee!! A third guest was suppose to accompany myself and a friend for my birthday stay at the fox however, very last minute was unable to attnd leaving the two of us with a large room and bigger bill than we expected. We suggested a down grade upon check in. The Fox hotel front of house staff, management and restaurant staff went above and beyond. There's a reason why I've been Visiting Banff and The Fox for the last 4 years on my birthday and not only for the infamous Hot pool. I plan to continue the trend! Thankyou!

The location was good.
The double beds are too small and extremely uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved the breakfast there!!! It was so delicious and nice that it was included with our room fees.
The beds were comfortable and the sitting area in our two bedroom suite was great!
They could have offered more variety of teas in the room. It's always nice to enjoy a cup of tea in the evening.

The lobby had a wood burning fireplace which added a super nice ambience. The in-room amenities by Rocky Mountain Soap Company were luxe, and the cave like hot pools were really unique and relaxing.
I would've liked a mini fridge in my room. That's a pretty standard amenity in most hotels that was unfortunately missing from this room.

Hotel is beautiful, we really liked the suite. Close to the Main Street.
Felt the price was high for the room standard. TVs were very dated, room had lots of sitting dust & calcium on the taps were bad. Also the beds weren’t very comfortable at all. The cave pool spa wasn’t very clean either.
