Great location, close to Central Park and several subway lines. I had a small suite with a kitchenette and I loved it.

first impression wasn’t good because front desk checked us in to a room obviously inferior to the one we booked with bookings. went downstairs to front desk and this was corrected immediately. after this small hiccup our stay at Lombardy turned into paradise. there were little problems thaeach time the staff snd maintenance resolved things literally in minutes. for example, we encountered the shower head spewing water everywhere. fixed within minutes—although water pressure from this particular head remained weak. toaster oven switch broke—entire oven replaced in minutes. wonderful bath towels. king bed with bed stands and lights on either side. big closet and plenty of drawer space. kitchenette super with everything you need and well appointed. two flat tvs. four big windows with blackout curtains. excellent location only 50 yards or so from park avenue. i would come back here in a blink. and everyone else should too!

checkin had a hiccup. out us initially into an inferior room to what we booked. but resolved to our satisfaction. water pressure with the shower head weak and should be improved.

The location was perfect. The venue was down the block from the hotel.

The entrance isn’t handicap accessible. The concierge didn’t offer to help until we were already in the hotel and brought in our own bags from the car.

The size of our room was exceptional. we had a small kitchen+bedroom with a large bedroom and living room.

The building was a bit worn but totally fine . the housekeeping staff was exceptional. the bellhops weren’t available to open the door+ get a cab+ or greet as we entered or exited the building throughout our 3 night stay.

Poor options for breakfast and I had to pay for it. Should consider including more options

the rooms were awful, do not use the stock photos to make your decision, mattresses were collapsed. I ordered Amazon packages to the hotel only to find the package open and contents gone when I collected them from reception. Moved hotel on day 2

The apartment was spacious and very practical. plenty of space for storage etc

There were no electrical sockets by the bed which made charging phones tricky

Everything, staff so friendly all of them ,its,very clean and have great location
