it was clean, great size apartment, nice garden view from a private patio. I loved being downstairs and have visitors (chickens, cats), it was so cute. location is good too, 10 min walking from a nice little beach, Napili!

The hot tub was not working on 2 nights because it was dirty. They weren’t fast to clean it but other than that it was clean for most of the days. It is a little small too but does the job. Also being in the lower unit was a little noisy because of people walking in the apartment upstairs. you can hear roosters too but didn’t bother me.

I liked that it is a small complex so it isn't busy like a big resort. Many times we were the only ones at the pool. very relaxing

Everything met my expectations

The property and layout of the suite was ideal for a family stay. We loved the updated room and beauty of the gardens around the property. We appreciated access to a hospitality room when we transitioned to our timeshare. We were able to store perishables until our room was ready.

Roosters were a little noisy early mornings, but were quiet during the day.

Cockroaches in room. Screaming roosters starting at 12am all morning. Murphy bed in living room Very uncomfortable. Roof leaking down walls bubbling in kitchen full of water behind the wallpaper. Pool locked 1 hour early before time posted at night

I liked that it had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, a kitchen and dining room and 2 closets in the bed room. The place was fully stalked with everything we needed. Lastly, it was a 5 minute walk to Napili Bay beach and Kapalua Bay which were such amazing beaches.

It has mini ants in the kitchen and my husband had to kill a roach on of the days. I didn’t see any roaches. Thank God. The tile on the floor needs updating but everything else was pretty good.

Friendly staff This is NOT a resort and so the property itself doesn't offer anything except a comfortable room and easy access to your room from the parking lot. The room is larger than I expected and it had a full kitchen. Although furnishings were not brand new they were not worn .

It exceeded my expectations because the front desk employee was very friendly and took interest in what my needs were then matched them. True customer service with Aloha!
