The location is terrific and the place feels very accessible. It's nice that there is a friendly community there and that there is a communal sharing of some pool/beach equipment. The kitchen was well equipped also.

The bed, sofa bed and pillows could be more comfortable. The pillows were especially hard. Would be nice if there was some options there.

Location, parking, loft situation, kitchen, lanai, quiet location, easy and safe beach access.

No air conditioning. Not cool enough. Broken fan that didn’t work. Needs to be updated to air in all rooms.

LOcation on (almost) the beach. A little detour to get there.

The area itself is amazing. Such beautiful beach and extraordinary sunsets. We used property towels to go to the beach and our own gear for snorkelling. We spotted giant turtles in the water which was an amazing experience. The room was very clean and I found the bed extremely comfortable.

for some rooms the add is misleading as not all of them are on the beach. we had a road and another set of building between us and the beach but the distance was very short.

There was no hot water the night before we left. I called office. first, they told me it’s a gas problem and will be fixed next day. then, they called back and say it would be fixed in an hour but we didn’t get hot water before we went to bed. my kids had to take cold shower after they came back from the pool.

Enjoyed the beach facing room with a fully loaded kitchen, perfect for a family. The laundry facility at the property was bonus as well. Snorkel bob and Napili beach are right next to the property which was quite helpful to rent snorkels / boogie boards etc. Napili Market is also nearby to get essential grocery even though we purchased some grocery at Walmart near the airport. As we are vegetarians, we had couple of great food options such as the Gazebo restaurant and AA Roots in the Napili market. Kanapali and Lahaina were 20 mins drive away. Overall, great location, would love to visit again.

Having A/C in the upper area of the apartment would help. Having lifeguards in the pool area ( which is 8 feet deep ) might also be a good addition to the property.

When I checked in they upgraded the room from a studio to a beach access room. The beach access room had the perfect view of the sunset and the beach was very nice. There were law chairs and even a grill to access. The keys for the room were wrist keys that you could take with you into the ocean which was very convenient and nice.

Napili is a little bit too far from all the other things you might want to do around the island. The decor is a little outdated but we hardly spent any time in the room for it to matter.

There was no breakfast provided .. we ate on our deck

After 10:00 for 2 nights teens and adults were noisy until 12:00 laughing and yelling but I was too tired to tell them to stop
